He seems to have improved upon this metaphor recently to a vibrating screen, where the vibrations complexify to a point of becoming a separate PoV within the screen. When this happens, the screen is no longer just aware of itself only (deep sleep/contentless/being/I Am), it is aware of itself from the PoV of an apparent separate subject within itself, and therefore sees ITSELF as the universe

What’s possible for the whole human experience if we accepted that we are the Creator. That create every day. We create with our actions, we create with our words. What we create with our thoughts and by behavior impacts us and the world around us. If we new we are parts of the Divine, and lived as if, all our fears of scarcity and our prejudices would go away because we would know that we were always love and care for. There’d be no need to compete with each other or for love or for resources. If we really accepted that we are the Divine, that it lives within and around us, we could have the world that idealist get laughed at for believing in. We are love, let’s behave accordingly.
