Horrible Experience - Empty Promises & Terrible Customer Service I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been this disappointed with a company. My experience with Michael Tailors has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order on 10 November 2024, and since then, it’s been one empty promise after another. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time I was assured that the issue would be addressed quickly - but nothing ever happened. At this point, I’m fed up. I’ve been patient and understanding, but it’s clear that this company has no respect for its customers or their time. I’ve been given nothing but vague responses and empty promises, and now I’ve wasted far too much of my time following up on an order that seems like it will never arrive. I highly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. There is no accountability, no clear communication, and no urgency when it comes to handling customer issues. This has been a complete waste of time, and I will NEVER be ordering from here again. Don’t make the same mistake I did, and the suit was for my friend's wedding. Where i will be the Best Man.

This is quite impressive actually. The pattern that was cut for you looks respectable. I'm only curious as to the handwork of the garment because that really elevates it as Bespoke. As well, how they cut the trousers is also important. A lot of shops spend less time there because it's not as visible as the jacket, but it's nonetheless just as important for comfort and continuity. Thank you for showcasing this firm.

Abit of a cramp room for a 3 star hotel, dusty at below the riund sink, expose over hanging wires, not hidden from view, room not children friendly.😮
