Went down to Doncaster on thursday to see the new series of Still Open All Hours being filmed. I literally walked past Sir David Jason when walking up to the viewing area. It was nice to see people being respectful by not shouting at the cast and asking for autographs etc. They just stood and watched for most of the day. Just seeing Sir David in person was good enough for me. I Won't forget that in a hurry.

Chuffed to bits I got to see some of this filmed, met Johnny Vegas & had an actual brief conversation with the lovely Sir David Jason! Fond memories as a little girl watching the original....I can't wait for the new series to air!!! 😉

Does anybody know why the full episode of Still Open all hours has vanished off TH-cam ??? 😥😥😥

Did anyone managed to get David Jason to sign autographs? apparently (don't if true or not) David Jason does not sign autographs because, according to some, he discovered that someone had sold one of his signed autographs on ebay. If that's the case, then he should really grow up abit; what's he expecting someone to do in these days of mass community/hunger for money, just keep it to themselves? As if he isn't rich enough from the money he's made in TV.

Brill.thanks for posting. I'm from chesterfield. Wife and I visited shop a couple of yrs ago after watching the box set DVD. Was really nice to exterior hadn't changed. Look forward to seeing it tomorrow on tv.
