Thing is the bugs they’re fixing, simply add more bugs when fixed. My game used to not really be that buggy because I play offline and don’t have any packs or mods, I only go online to update. Now after all the new updates tho? My game is so buggy I’ve basically stopped playing. EA isn’t fixing anything, they’re saying they’re fixing it, hiring a team to fix it and then only releasing new gameplay content that adds more bugs!!!

There is literally a "Laundry List" they post on a semi-regular basis and everytime there is a patch update, you have to update the mods. MC Command Center is very use to this and anyone who uses this should be use to updating Mods

Im trying to figure out how these sims players are expecting a team of people to what? Shit out code, animations, whathave you, what??, over fucking night? At least theyre trying to do something. They have an entire team of peolle dedicated to fixing the game and I dont hnderstand the issue, is that not fast enough? Have ANY of you even tried to code a WEBpage? Do you know how easy it is to cause more issues trying to fix one because programming can just be like that sometimes. Theres literally memes for it.

Yeah but it took them literally 10 years to hear us and do something about it. Long after we’d started trying our best to fix the game with mods made by creators who actually care about making cool stuff for the sims.

Stop playing with mods. That’s people’s biggest issue. I have 20+ expansion packs on a laptop and it runs great. Stop using those dumbass mods that are KILLING your computers…

this is how i feel about bloxburg.everyone complained, and then the creator sold the game to a big company. the big company did EVERYTHING that the community asked and now everyone’s saying “we miss the old bloxburg..”, “all these updates are ruining the game..” (ps, it’s sooo much better now)

Maybe if they stopped making new packs and dlc while the game is being fixed. Like dont tempt me to buy MORE CONTENT when the content I have is already not working. And then the new packs conflict with other packs that are STILL broken. Its just a toxic cylce.

If it was just bug fixes being released every 2 months, then I wouldn't be complaining, but when they release more broken, buggy PAID content on top of it...definitely understandable why everyone gets up in arms. I don't understand why people feel the need to defend this company when they released this game broken on launch, and the game is STILL broken 10 YEARS LATER. Stop defending them!

Check your mods?

I play without mods or cc and my game is completely fine, it might take a while to save when I’m done or stuff will get crossed off every now and then, but overall I don’t have problems with content, the dlcs and updates work fine, if they try to accommodate for every mod ever made it will never work, makes sense that they’d try to handle their own content before yours.

Nope. Bugs are still rampant and the game crashes even without mods. They're not focused on fixing the game. They just do enough so EA can release a new kit or DLC, or now a battlepass i guess, so people won't stop playing. In a year or two this game will probably either be unplayable or everyone is just going to be done with it

The way ea actually listen to the sims community and care about that game is is shocking cause the current state of apex is disgusting the amounts of hackers bugs and poor matchmaking makes the game unplayable there top earning game is in an unplayable state and you wanna complain cause they are doing what the sims community wanted ? Like be fr you asked them to do this be happy they are listening cause they could well be treating the game like they do apex

I am used to having to update my mods after (almost) every patch by now... But many new mod users don't know that they break... If you jave UI cheats and it breaks... Good luck lol

god i just cant wait to actually be able to own cats without them getting permanently stuck on the counter, having successful weddings in the WEDDING PACK, and other bugs that have made it basically a house and cas builder for years now 💀

Isn’t your game breaking sorta what you sign up for when it comes to mods tho. I think my issue is when the game is breaking from the updated WITHOUT mods. When it’s breaking BECAUSE of the update, not the mods

Once the sims became free I knew sims 5 wasn’t gonna happen lol, typical ea trying to milk money, that’s why we are getting these new expansion packs where half the features feel like they should’ve been a base game update. But I can’t say anything I’ve bought every pack :/

That’s not what we mean, and surely you know 😊 How about before releasing a dozen more kits, five new expansion packs, and two more stuff packs, they just…fix the existing broken packs? Wedding Stories, Dine Out, even For Rent. Stop charging for MORE content when the old stuff that we’ve already paid for is STILL BROKEN

I don't understand why people complain when a patch breaks something that the company DID NOT CREATE. Your mods are extra, they are not reaponsible for them.

i mean its mods, they are for free so yeah they will break when the game will be updated. so what? if i want to use mods then i have to live with that. is not just with the sims, its skyrim, fallout etc. everything that is heavily modded

TBF. Its fine they did that now. But they've had 10 whole years to fix the old bugs and even longer to stop releasing packs, kits and expansions WITH a ton of bugs.... At this point i'm mad we arent getting a sims 5 so we can start over with a new game and HOPEFULLY less bugs.
