Here's another Media Project from our students in this years' seminar Mass Media in Digital Contexts 23': The Civilizing Process - by Alec Bohman, Sanidhya Singh, Mariel Herrera, Mariami Bokuchava, and Hadi Hubail Ali.
"The Civilizing Process is a mockumentary film based on the the 1939 book of the same name by German Sociologist Norbert Elias. Watch as the concepts are put through the lens of history, comedy, and metaphor, in what some critiques call "The greatest 8 minutes of your life"."

Yeah... he hated Jazz! ;) It was primitiv music to his ears... at that point I don´t agree with Adorno. I love Jazz! And it´s far from primitive. What´s interesting here, is, when looking kind of at the F-scale - a classical musician hast to be much more "adapting" and "submissive" to the conductor (the "authoritarian leader" in a way), as in comparison at jamming Jazz-musician! ;-)
