Hate crime in this country comes down to an incident report form. As a mixed race blind person I don't mind saying it, we live in a country full of Nazi socialists who think it's okay to bully disabled people. There has been incidents of GMP dressing as Nazi's as well as members of parliament being openly socialist. In school I wouldn't get in trouble unless I was sticking up for myself. In the real world I'm expected to allow hate crimes based on disability but if I called the police and said this guy called me names over my skin colour they'd be banged up and charged. In my experience it's okay to attack, corner abuse and also in my experience even if incidents like this are caught on CCTV you'll see no convictions.
