You wasted so much time with that mini jack hammer
Try doing this in a post tension slab 💀
Doesn’t it specifically says don’t hand mix concrete
thanks for showing all parts of the process! gave me a good understanding of what is needed to be done and the improvementa of the process you had made from the first concrete added
I liked the improvised use of angle iron and pvc pipe to smooth out the concrete.
your concrete was actually deep enough and consistent.
And would have been far preferable to the hand-mixed pads that were added in. Every lift manufacturer warns against using hand mixed concrete. They actually worked hard to make this installation _less_ safe.
omg why the bad music?
Great job!!
Awesome!!
Most awesome wife there bud!
I agree. Mine would be no where to be seen 😂
thats her dad
Nice video. I just purchased a MaxJax lift for my home shop. Could you please tell me how large your pads are that you cut out of your concrete, and how deep you dug out? How do you like your MaxJax lift so far? Thank you for any help you can give me.
The two pads were 3 x 3 foot and 12-15 inches deep. My dad like it since the MaxJax lift can fit in the garage that’s 8ft ceiling plus it simple to use.
@@outwithfreckles thank you so much. That helps me so I can do mine. I'm glad he likes the lift. I'm sure I will also.
Let him know that he should do a video of it in action. Would love to see it.
@@stupidlibs will do I plan to help video it sometimes soon.
@@outwithfreckles This does not look anywhere near 12-15" deep? Maybe the camera angle is misleading, but going by the 4" of concrete you have there, looks like it was maybe double that in depth.
Are you ok?
Yes this is old clip that happened 2 years ago.
Oh, good and happy 😊
How could you not know they were closing? Don't they make announcememts to warn people....
I was working in the back room like all the way in the back of the store and I was in the corner doing my job as a “return to vendor” and plus I’m deaf with cochlear implants with walkie talkie to hear the announcement but there were none and I left before when everyone supposed to leave but somehow they totally forgot about me and left earlier then they were supposed too!!!
@@outwithfreckles Now I understand....thank you for clarifying...my husband is virtually deaf....I could totally see this happening to him.
@@alisabundrick4707 I was able to call the manager to come back so luckily I wasn’t stuck forever, 😂!! Just thought it was funny that it had happen on a new year day for a brand new start and this happened to me on the first day of new year.
@@outwithfreckles Thank heavens you were safe and able to reach someone! I do not believe the superstition that what ever you do on New Years you will do all year long.... if that were the case I would be in big trouble....so... God is merciful!
She's taking it pretty good!!! My heart goes out to her...
Lady are you the customer you should immediately call your lawyer what happened if you have a baby at your house or if you were a diabetic or had to go to work overnight you will be losing these things this is your life and precious time call a lawyer first thing in the morning
Shutup Karen
@@thishandleisnotavailable stop posting TH-cam pictures then you locked in your family store because that's really against the law for real people that's really in situations poser for attention
I wasn’t the the customer I used to actually work there!! I was working alone in the back room and all the employees that were on the floor didn’t make any announcements and just left lot earlier than normal time we were supposed to leave. But I did walk back to the floor at normal time to leave but there were no one and the store was closed so they totally forgot about me in the back room.
@@jamesthomas5285 family store?? It’s not my family store, I’m just an employee that I used to work there. I just found this clip to remind me that it happen to me and decided to post it cuz I thought it was funny and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one been locked out before. Plus it was new year day so it just tell me at least I’m at better place now as a small joke.
@@jamesthomas5285 I cant even comprehend what you said.
