Ramblings of an Old Timer
Gyroor E-Scooter Ride with Ron
I braved the cold this afternoon and sneaked out for a short ride on my Gyroor E-Scooter. Hey, I'm 78. I am enjoying this scooter. I dread seeing Winter coming in, but after working in my yard all summer, it's fun to get out and move around town.
I have yet to have any complaints about the Gyroor E-Scooter.
I don't take long rides, and I use the lowest speed most of the time, so I have not had a problem with the power supply. I charge it up until the green light comes on. Only takes a short time to charge.
The ride is smooth, even on grass and gravel, and the scooter climbs right up inclines. Adding a side mirror has been helpful. The GoPro 10 is mounted securely to the handlebar, and I do not have a problem with bouncy clips.
I use a Zoom H1n recorder with a lapel microphone. I deleted the sound on the Go Pro 10 clips and used the recorder. Linking the clips is no problem as long as I remember to clap at the beginning of the ride.

South Plains College Tour on Gyroor E-Scooter
มุมมอง 1516 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I rode my Gyroor E-Scooter from the house to South Plains College and around the campus. I filmed with theed my H1n Zoom Recorder for the soundtrack. I edited the video using Camtasia 24. The GoPro 10 recorded five clips, while the Zoom recorder used only one. I rode the Scooter across grass and gravel. The Scooter had no problem driving up steep ravines, and the left mirror allowed me to see t...
Gyroor Adult E-Scooter and Camtasia 24
มุมมอง 2821 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
I enjoyed riding my new Gyroor Adult E-Scooter around one side of town, but I had an even greater time playing with the latest Camtasia 24. I still need to figure out how to get all the Assets I want to use, but I will. #GyroorE-Scooter
Gyroor Again Long Ride
มุมมอง 1721 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
Today I took a long ride way up outside of town. Had a terrible time trying to use Camtasia. Apparently, I had issues with the mouse and tracking pad. I finally changed over to a new keyboard and mouse. Anyway, come along for the ride. I show off some pretty homes, including my favorite. #GyroorScooter
One More Ride on the Gyroor E-Scooter
มุมมอง 75วันที่ผ่านมา
I managed to sneak in one more ride on the Gyroor Adullt E-Scooter. I filmed with the Go Pro 10 mounted on the handlebar. I wore a lapel microphone connected to my H1n Zoom Recorder. I created this short clip using iMovie. #GyroorEScooter
Last Gyroor Adult E-Scooter Ride Before Snow Hits Us
มุมมอง 57วันที่ผ่านมา
This may be my last ride before the snow hits us here in Levelland, Texas. We had horrendous flooding the previous night, but this afternoon was really nice. They say a terrible cold front is on the way. - I am still happy with the Gyroor Adult E-Scooter. So far, I have no complaints. #GyroorEScooter
Gyroor Adult E-Scooter for a Smooth Ride
มุมมอง 2814 วันที่ผ่านมา
Today, I tested the Go Pro 10 mounted on the handlebar of the Gyroor Adult E-Scooter. I set the camera for smooth action and wide viewing. Camtasia again gave me trouble, so I turned off the camera's sound and added music to see how it would work. As shown on the camera, I am delighted with the smooth ride. Let's see how this works on TH-cam. #Gyroor Scooter with Seat
Gyroor Test Ride with GoPro 10 and Music

I am still trying to remember how to use Camtasia and the Go Pro 10 settings. It's slowly beginning to come back to me. I went ahead and bought the Pro Version of the Assets. Another big learning curve.
First Ride on New Gyroor Adult E-Scooter

Testing my ability to use IMovie since a over a year ago. I am using my GoPro10 to take this clip. I wore the camera on the chest strap. Looks like I need to angle the camera down a bit more. Yep, I spelled incorrectly in the title. My Bad!
Gyroor E-Scooter First Test Ride
มุมมอง 821 วันที่ผ่านมา
I purchased the Gyroor E-Scooter and took it out for the first Test Ride. I used my GoPro 10 to capture a video. Of course the camera filmed wide and I had to downsize the video for Instagram. I decided to post the video here just to see if I could remember how to use Camtasia. And it had totally changed. So, that means another learning curve. Oh, well. I will get it figured out.
Trespassers in my Backyard
มุมมอง 243 ปีที่แล้ว
I have enjoyed watching my trespassers. I am amazed at the number of different critters who stop by nightly. They constantly mark their territory and then I can see the others sniffing around. They really want to get at my birds. They can't though. #Trespassers

I took time out from flinging arrows to watching the trespassers in my backyard. I use a elevator-sparrow trap to catch these danged sparrows that are so evil in our neighborhood. They enter on one side and make their way over to the taller cage. The cats come by to eat the culls. I feed doves too, but they are not supposed to get caught in the cage on the ground. Since I set up the trail camer...
Can I Hit the Tennis Ball?
มุมมอง 164 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video I am shooting the Southwest Archery Spider Recurve Bow at a yellow tennis ball. I try to practice daily and have found that by shooting at a tennis ball, I don't focus on the larger target, the bag. #SouthwestArcherySpiderRecurveBow #SouthwestArchery #BackyardArchery
Southwest Archery Scorpion Longbow
มุมมอง 4724 ปีที่แล้ว
I am shooting my Southwest Archery Scorpion Longbow. I am shooting twenty-yards at a Pepsi bottle and a tennis ball. By shooting at these smaller targets, I tend to forget about the bag target. I have several good hits and do feel good about this practice session. I really enjoy shooting this longbow. #SouthwestArcheryScorpionLongBow #LongbowArchery #ArcheryPractice

Shooting 71" Hankyu Bow from Sarmat Archery
Ron, what's happening? Please reply if you see this. I've been wondering how you are, what you been up to, etc. It seems you stopped posting in all places I used to follow you. You ok?
What is the draw strength? Which one will you recommend?
How omg would u say the arrows should be on this bow with a 49lb draw weight. (I’m looking to use the bow for hunting)
Clearly not the right spine arrows, they are left, right, up, down.
I am going to try and shoot my horsebow with a med grip. I am not sure if that will work. I am glad they can be shot off both sides because I plan to shoot left-handed some too. And maybe try thumb draw but, I got a 50 pound bow so that will be tuff to learn thumb with.
Pretty much all shots...Minute Of Hog👍
My first horsebow arrives today. I have always shot short bows. My longbow is 54 and my recurve is 48. I don't know why I have waited so long to really go super short. I can't wait to shoot it but, it is cold in Texas.
Woah! Right in the tennis ball
Excellent form! That looks really hard to do, judging by how hard it was to string and how loud the impacts of those arrows are
Yes! Nice shooting 😃🏹🎯
Ossetia 💪🏼
How is your experience with Gao Ying thumb ring?? heard it's comfortable but in big thumb.👍 Only once wear a ring and shoot terrible😥
Hola. I tried several other thumb rings that I saw Armin demonstrate, but had little success with them because the string slipped off easily. I bought three of the Gao Ying rings for total of $45.00. i love them. I have to switch out regularly as my thumb changes sizes when shooting, and the weather affects the fit. With the proper ring on, I can pull back even 62 pounds without hurting my thumb. I can shoot without a thumb ring up to about 40 pounds, then I prefer the rings if I shoot very many arrows. i wasn't going to pay $75.00 for three rings, but then noticed I could get all three for the $45.00. Have a great week.
@@ronsarchery6378 thanks!!! almost Christmas Holidays. 🌲😁👍
What Poundage?? It's sounds heavy hit. I see that you have fun at your ranch. 😀
For me is Nice.👍 Enjoy your Manchu Bow from Alibow. Cheers😁
Thank you, Miguel.
Do you know of anyone making and selling Japanese War Bows? Like with at least a 60 lb draw weight. I heard back in the day they were 100-110 lb draw weight.
I don't, but you can probably find one with a bit of research. Sarmat Archery goes up to about 49 pounds for the 71 inch. You might want to check out Alibow Archery, if you want high draw weight bows.
@@RonnieCearley Okay, and how would you rate alibow, are they pretty high equality? Like how would they compare with say, Grozer?
@@bloodndestroy I don't have any Grozer bows, but I do rate Alibow highly. I was just looking at Grozer's page. I might need to look into his bows. Very impressive.
Having watched Grozer's videos, I would say his are much finer. No question. Not cheap though.
check out Historical Archery youtube channel, he regularly shoots 140lb+ asian bows
Nice Shots Great. Hey friends what do you tell me about the Keshing?
I saw Armin Hirmer's review and finally gave in and bought it. l love it.
It is a Keshing? Looks pretty Bow. Enjoy
Yes, it is. I really love the beautiful blue. This bow really packs a punch.
That's nice looking Japanese style Bow. Wow 71" the longer one. Nice to see you using thumb release. Enjoy the bow.
Thanks, Miguel. I have 39 inch bamboo arrows to go with this and the 59 inch to play the game, Shihanmato. Yes, I have several nice Alibo Horsebows and am improving my thumb release. I am not wearing the thumb rings that I bought, but will have to when shooting the heavier bows. Have a great weekend.
@@RonnieCearley thanks Cheers
Good to see you have fun today!!🎯 Cheers!✌😀
Hey but you have a indoor place. And looks nice. Keep on Target Brother Archer.🎯😀👍
Yeah!! Having some fun.
Beautiful Bow. Enjoy. Allways love the Tatar Bow. I have one and I loved.
