Why you stop doing videos?
Freshman year and Sophmore year I had a 2.8 gpa because I was lazy and thought because covid I didn’t have to give effort but now I’m taking some honors classes I’m aiming for at least a 3.5 gpa for this year do u think I can get in if this year and next year I maintain a good gpa and continue honors classes

I stayed in Chanticleer last year and there was no incidents of mold but in the woods and ingle/eaglin there was mold in the vents

Did you dorm on Sea Floor your freshman year?
I'm a Sophomore in hs who really dug myself into a hole freshman year with a 2.3 by the end of the year due to me being lazy cause of Covid. That said I've been bringing it up and should be at a 3.2 by the end of sophomore year and hopefully graduate with a 3.8+ (weighted). I'm not dumb I got a 1090 on my psat but my GPA just isn't great at the moment do you think I can still get into costal?

I am starting in the fall at coastal. I did pretty much the same thing as you and was fully admitted. I am a national security major though.
I’m in the same boat as you, I heard if you mention in your essay how you brought it up it can give you a good chance in getting accepted.

i live in md and i just went to visit CCU today and I absolutely love it. i plan to major in sociology and minor in criminology but everyone there was super sweet and the campus was gorgeous!!

Hey girl! I’m dying to be in the marine science program I have a 3.6 weighted GPA and I’m taking my ACT and college algebra. The admission counselor I was talking to said as long as I take college algebra and pass I don’t have to submit test scores. Idk I’m stressed and can’t see myself doing anything else or going anywhere else

wowwwww this is seriously a dream dorm
So I’m in the Air Force right now but I’m from Myrtle beach and am planning on going to coastal when I get out in January. As a freshman would I have to live in the dorms or do I have the option to live in my own house off base. I’m 21 with already plenty of life experience so I’m really not trying to live in the dorms .

@Mystic Gaming nope, I went to unc charlotte for a semester but the experience was so awful I dropped out, but now I'm going to Penn State main next semester!

No problem! Most people find their roommates thru Instagram! The page my year was ccu2023 so just check and see if someone made a page for ur class yet

Do the dorms without kitchens come with like a microwave and a small fridge or is that something you need to bring yourself?
You have to bring them! You might be able to rent them from the school for the year too
can a sophomore dorm with a freshman?
They can’t, only freshman live on campus . And you have to be a sophomore in order to live at university place. But sophomores can room with juniors and seniors, just not freshman.
are you allowed to live in your own house freshman year. I live 10 minutes away from coastal but do I have to dorm?
I think you can opt out! I never met anyone that did that so I’m not 100 percent sure.
You don’t have to live on campus. I live close to Coastal and commute

I applied here a few days ago for next fall. I had an sat of 1100 and a weighted gpa of 4.0 (i am not sure about unweighted). i was in sports and clubs as well. do you think i will get in??
i am out of state though so i feel like that could make it more difficult

What do you think my chances are of getting in with a 2.27 weighted gpa and 1010 SAT score. I went to a private school and have a lot of extra curriculars such as; varsity sports, community service, chess club and an internship
I think you’ll be able to get in, I had friends with lower gpas, and you’re SAT score is great. If you don’t get accepted you can always go to a community college for a year and transfer. The extra curricular a look great too.
What is the housing like with covid? May be going there in the fall?
You have to wear masks outside of your room. I think everyone has the option to have their own room now as well. ( I would call to be sure)

I feel you, I had to take my SAT I think 3 or 4 times so I could get in!
3.1 is still hope... Even if they offer the CeAL or Bridge program

I didn’t do that housing just so I could meet people out of my major and didn’t feel like I was competing for grades.
