Backlash is a big one! I had Crossbolt (the other one you showed), Thunderwolf and Brimstone. Loved them. Would grab some from Ebay, but I'm too broke.

As far as the molding goes, just pretend it's either wear & tear, or slight battle damage. I do like the mud coloring, that's a nice touch. Every kid that had a GI Joe collection, had at least this Cobra toy in it. I don't know of one kid that didn't have a HISS tank. Nothing beats the GI Joe Classified series HISS tank, that thing is awesome. My only beef with it was the size, which is why I didn't bother with it.

To make it even more confusing there was a LICENSED version in 1982 that had the same shape battery cover as the bootleg version! The original Japanese Astromagnum could have red, clear, or pink translucent parts.

I've been in a dozen or more stores across 4 provinces and no one was handling these out, I enquired at every store as I was traveling. The only free cards I got were from a couple people in line that overheard me asking. The POS screen tells the cashier how many to offer, and if you decline, they don't hand them out or scan them. Every single one is scanned and inventoried and it's a fireable offence to hand out without meeting the min purchase amount or "special product" purchase.

I ended up getting all these cards for free from Shoppers. I always ask them if they have extra packs and the workers always give me a few packs. Just today when I passed by Shoppers and asked a worker if they have any extra packs. The guy gave me 10 packs. I also have many triple doubles of all the shiny cards and the other common cards.

Good video. I had the worst experience with those toys. I only had experience with three of the Figures. Plague and his purple/green jet pack and the spool & double hook packs. I had Plague and one of those other two and a friend had the other one. All I really remember is how we set them up between a door and a big dumb mantle piece and eventually that big dumb mantle piece fell over, breaking four mirrors on it. Yeah, I was grounded for a long, long time, lol!

A little mod you can do to nunchuk is cut out the chains on his nunchucks and drill it a lil and replace them with black rubber wrapped wire. Makes them perfectly flexible and they hold up great. Great little haul you grabbed.

It was a cost cutting measure for hasbro, me personally I don’t care one way or the other. But I will say I have gotten burned by not getting the figure I paid for. But to play devils advocate I can see how the windowless packages were better for displaying and completion, only draw back is the Russian roulette you play with what’s in the box.

Love what you did with this great job. Hate to hear all of these triggered comments over an action figure, so what you had a slip of the tongue it’s not that serious. Keep up the great job and I enjoy the channel.

These are pretty cool! I got 4 from my mother when she got hers at Shoppers Drugmart. I got the cool #38 Captain Marvel holo card, #09 Wasp, #42 Black Widow & #48 Rocket Raccoon.

anyone know what these cards are for ? Am i right when i say they're just for collecting and no other reason?

The gameplay is similar to the Marvel Snap game on Steam.

These guys were awesome. Me and my buddies used to rig them up all over the place. Definitely drove the parents nuts. We also rigged them from my friends Tree House. Underrated toy line.
