I have the 3.0 and received a new one free of charge when my first one stopped charging after 2 years. But I think you're right...Those replacement blades are a scam.

Only downside with the OneBlade is that you cant flip the blade, it is not symetrical. If the Pull-side (most people are "pullers") is through pretty fast while the Push-side is still good, then you have to get a new blade or you use the old one using the upper edge only via pushing.

I have a manscape 5.0 and it’s as he mention, the same as any $50 dollar trimmer. The trimmer will pull the hair on your balls every time you used. I’ve had trimmers from TJ Maxx that work better. Not worth the hype.

I’m part African American, native American, French, Spaniard and German, so my hair does what it wants, but the good thing is that even though iss straight I can make it curly by twirling my hair around my finger but I didn’t want to have to do all that, guess if I don’t wanna perm I should do it

Ive had the 4.0 for years and it was great, very little issues, cuts, nicks etc all minimal. It finally died after about 4 years using it 3-4 times a week. Bought the 5.0 and its literally unusable. Nicks and pulls with almost every pass. The philips one blade is not suitable for groin trimming at all, hard disagree. That thing shredded my groin area.

I have a Manscape and it is just as you say. Define a lot of hype. Don’t use it downstairs!!!

Thank you for your review. I am at my second Lawn Mower and the both stopped working after 2 years and I use it once a week. I had the 2.0 and the 3.0, same result. It works very well but its a shame that for no reason, the life expectancy is so low. I am looking for another option.

Well I have been using mine for more than two years without any cuts. Works ALMOST perfectly… I just had a problem where it wouldn’t turn on after being fully recharged from empty and found a ‘hack’ on TH-cam… pushing the button three times rapidly until the bar graph scrolls downwards, then its back to normal.
