Have read a lot of negative reviews online from former tenants of UniLodge. Heard the staff are not very helpful and charge unreasonable prices for cleaning. One guy on Google described his unpleasant experience with UniLodge, where he didn't receive his bond money back for 6 weeks into vacating the place. I request everyone who are planning to make reservations for staying at S1, UniLodge, Scape, and Iglu to do a lot of groundwork before falling into the traps set by each of them. 🚬 is a big concern to many out there. The windows installed at most residences are glued to the walls and don't swing open. That's a problem when you're inhaling passive smoke and when someone breaks the wind.
What about the rent
Most of this footage has a really low framerate
I've been staying at UniLodge Park Avenue for the past six months, and it's been an incredible experience. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!😊
