Nice S.O.B. second class bird Frankie

A little lite hearted story Grandpa once told me. He was a SeaBee in the Pacific. Being a SeaBee meant that there was no infrastructure until they built it so no cold beer. Well, the SeaBees used to call the Avenger "the beer hauler ". When the runway was done, Avengers were one of the first aircraft in. Grandpa said they would ask the pilot, if he had time, if they could load up the bomb bay with beer. The pilot had NO problem. He was thirsty too. He would fly his BEER laden Avenger up to 15 to 20 thousand feet for however long the pilot saw fit. Wala, ice cold beer. Take care and God Bless, Paul from Florida. P.S. Looking forward to these great builds from you, and that helldiver is awesome - you did a super job on it. Frankie, don't feel bad, you are not alone, My mom is 92, and her grandkids and great-grandkids NEVER contact her, never talk to her, she even spent time in the Hospital, and no one came to visit or even make a call. So it's NOT YOU. Its this spoiled-self-centered younger society who thinks the world revolves around them and only them. The only people mom heard from while she was in the hospital were our good friends from Michigan and we live in Illinois, they called and sent flowers. So you are NOT ALONE. It happens to a lot of us.

Model building and prayers will keep you happy and healthy both physically and keep mentality fresh.

Yellow suits this airplane so well, i got me the monogram 1/48 , Aurora was not so easy to get in Europe.

Wow, you are the only one I know who can make a paper model look like a plastic injection kit! You do some really amazing work! I'm really looking forward to that Texas, too; I'd love to see it done.
