We are planning to go to Chicago in the spring
I’m not a fan of camping’s
Same here, The reason we originally were going with a motorhome was to do some traveling, we thought we’d like that type of camping where it was an easy set up. I’m so happy we went back to our original plan. I’ll keep you posted how we like it. We always wanted a motorhome so hopefully we love it! 😊❤️

I got my A1C down from 8.4 to 5.6. I am off all medication for sugar diabetes. I just followed the keto diet. It worked wonders for me. I also lost 40 lbs.

What I find that helps me to get on my bike is this. I watch TH-cam. Someone told me that if you combine a habit you always do with one that you want to become a habit, then it is helpful to keep to do them together to really seal the habit.

My goal for 2024 was to do “Swedish Death Cleaning” and to simplify life so I would have time to do the important things. I did focus on losing 20 pounds a few years ago because I have two older sisters who became diabetic with age. So now I want to maintain, eat better and exercise more. We are on very similar journeys. Looking forward to following you in your journey. I’m in Massachusetts so we are “neighbors”.❤
