In the video we are using a Tru Spray airless tank set-up. There are several other companies and options such as backpacks, tint kegs that are pressurized. Really comes down to personal preference. 💜

That's a great question. There are several film brands all offering their own features and benefits. It truly comes down to personal preference. Our suggestion would be to get some samples from multiple companies and play around with them until you find one that you enjoy installing and can stand behind the product.

yes absolutely, just make sure the glass cleaner does not have ammonia in it as the ammonia may damage the tint with long time usage. Sprayaway glass cleaner is a great one and available just about everywhere (supermarkets, home depot, etc)

this was Silver, so mirror on both sides. Dual Reflective would be the best choice for mirror on the side with more light.

The adhesive side is facing the glass. If it wasn’t, you would know right away, especially when the squeegee hits it.

7:50 the backroll.

We call it a reverse roll. Sometimes looks like a magic trick. But once you roll it up and do the ''Drop'' the liner ends up on the backside of the film, and the adhesive side is then exposed to the glass.

This film goes on the interior, but the mirror effect will be seen on the side of the stronger light source ... so during the day, thats the sun, so the mirror effect is on the outside, giving the people inside privacy At night however, when the lights are on inside, and it is dark outside, it will work the opposite way, with the mirror being on the inside, and someone outside being able to clearly see in. It works the same way when you see a high rise building that during the day looks like a mirror, but at night, you can see into any offices that have the lights on.

1000% Great observation. In this case it was a demo glass so we wanted to highlight doing an install without removing anything. Keeping it simple 😉. But agreed, when and where you can remove seals it will always give the best final result!

Love the feedback! In most cases we are able to do demos in a quiet room, but in this case we were doing it while in a high energy window tinting event/competition was taking place. Thank god for great mic's or we wouldn't have heard anything 🙏
