I think you did it before but I think the frame needs to shortened in the front and in the rear and it will remind me of the older minis not to sure if you understand where I’m coming from
And don’t run the wheel mud guards it’ll be a sick street bike
With ssr 125 handlebar risers Amazon has them in chrome/black for $20.....

@@keegshop4571 I just posted a side by side comparison to the actual size. I’m looking at making a mini version. Still have some frame modding to do just gathering ideas.
Brings back memories. We had Kawis though. Three wheel fun. Had Suzuki RMs dirt bikes as well. Scary fast with DG pipe and boyesn reeds. Air cooled bikes screamed. Nice project you have. 👍💪

@@RonanRides why? Should be a 10mm bolt with a 13mm nut.
for some reason when i idle the handle bars shake extremely bad
@@Ghxul_x check your engine mounts and make sure they’re tight as well as your clutch ect. Just go over everything making sure it’s all tight.
If you haven't already unscrew where the throttle cable goes in, pull out that needle and the flat washer, that's on the needle, move it down to the first slot, it doesn't get enough fuel out of manufacturer

Looks like the sprocket or the flange it's bolted to are bent.

@minibikerebuilds same here bro. I just focus on making them complete, everything working correctly and looking good. I want to take it further though, get more into custom fab minis. I find it all therapeutic.

That looks sick man, I fucking dig it! I'm still new to the fab work. As soon as I learn how to use this new Flux core mig welder I recently got, I'm gonna make one stretched, slammed and fast as fuck!

Swapping tires is ALWAYS a pain in the ass but those SunF streets/hardpacks are worth the struggle, very comfy ride.

@@minibikerebuilds I’m pretty sure it’ll fit I see they using them on rb200 frame and it looks like it would fit on the rt200 frame also…but imma go to harbor freights and ask the guys in there!! Thanks 🙏🏾
