Team Fearless - Tough Mudder 2024
It was another great day for Team Fearless racing through the Tough Mudder obstacle course! We had to get through lots of mud, 30+ obstacles, and a 10-12 mile run to reach the finish line. Everyone made it! It was a great team effort and such a blast!

1/27/24 Today was our first BJJ belt test of the year. Our three white belts demonstrated over 100 techniques and then did a 22 minute shark tank blindfolded. Huge congratulations to our new blue belts! Very proud of all their hard work!

Workout of the Day - The Burpee/Push-Up Workout

This one is about pushing it as much as possible. You’re doing only two exercises: burpees and push ups. 20 Sets in total. Start with either push ups or burpees (it doesn’t matter which you choose to start with). So if you start with 20 burpees, you would next do 1 push up. Next do 19 burpees, and then 2 push ups. Hey everyone! Today’s workout is a time bomb workout, meaning you’ve got 15 minutes to give it your all until it’s done. The nice thing about a time bomb workout is that you can set the pace and take as many short rest breaks as you need.
