Hi sir, I have 6+ years of experience in IT support and service desk. Currently I am not working due to health issues from 1year. Now I am trying to switch my domain to AZURE CLOUD. I got selected in hcl and got confirmation email and share all the documents educational and experience documents. It is 20days completed till now I have not received any offer letter and HR is not responding to my calls and emails. I have showed that I have 4 years experience in azure but my designation in previous companies was service desk technician and EUC due to this I am not getting offer? Same designation was mentioned in my salary slips and previous company offer letter which I have shared the same to HCL HR. Will my bgv get rejected because of my previous designation as service desk technician?
