Barbara Ludwig thank you for your feedback. I did this video super early in the morning before all 3 of my kids got up! (Can’t you tell by how tired I look?!) Most of the time I just don’t share information because it’s not perfect. I guess we are all just Working on being more perfect.

@@LoveLeeHomes Not about perfection. It is difficult to listen to anyone's presentation when there are a lot of UM'S. There is a VP at my office who cannot speak without saying UM constantly and because of it, the focus is on the UM's and not the subject matter. I apologize if I hurt your feelings - I re-read this and agree it was too abrupt. Comments do not provide inflection and I do realize it reads way too critical instead of being helpful. Having 6 kids of my own (now all grown up), I remember being exhausted all the time! Forgive my harshness, it was rude.
