9kg fastpack. We carried:
- two 500 ml bottles of water/ energy drink
- some energy supplies
- running poles
- crampons

- spare change of running kit (1 shorts, 1 t-shirt, 2 pairs of socks, 1 hat, spare running bra (Amy!))
- evening clothes/ sleepwear (leggings (also running leggings), t-shirt, underwear)
- foldable slippers for evening
- long sleeve base layer
- arm warmers
- puffa coat
- hardshell coat
- waterproof trousers
- waterproof gloves, normal gloves
- beanie hat
- buffs
- sleeping bag liner
- basic first aid kit
- survival bag
- head torch (with spare battery)
- Go pro (Amy)
- Batteries and chargers (for phone, watch & GoPro)
- Paper TMB map (just in case)
Running gear:
Both: dynafit shorts, salomon ultraglide trainers (faultless, apart from sole slipping when wet, fixed with superglue), normal running t-shirt, normal running socks, Ben Parkes hats
Purchased lunch and other food where we could on the trails.

Day 1 Chamonix to Refuge De Pres (France)
Day 2 Refuge De Pres to Courmayer (Italy. Hotel Maison La Saxe)
Day 3 Courmayer to Feret (Switzerland. Hotel du Col de Fenetre)
Day 4 Feret to Vallorcine (France. Gite Mermoud)
Day 4.5 Vallorcine to Chamonix (Hotel Le Prieure)
