Dairy should not be consumed by humans, there is a reason you dont see animals drinking other animals milk. We shouldn’t be drinking cows milk. No one’s body is meant for it.

I have a dairy and soy allergy, I was always sick no one could figure out why, my doctors thought it was gluten then we got a test, showed I was extremely allergic to dairy and soy, I been away from dairy and soy for 3 yrs, if I get contaminated now I go into anaphylactic shock so I need my epi, but after finding out in the beginning, that I was allergic to both, the first 6 months were the roughest, my skin was broken out, I was nauseous, sad because I couldn’t eat all the things I use to, it was really difficult to find somewhere to eat because I couldn’t chance contamination. I got contaminated 4 times in those 6 months and every time I did I would get so sick and I’d have legit bloody number 2’s. After another 6 months no contamination is when I got contaminated at the 7 month make and I went into anaphylactic shock. Was so scary and the worst thing to ever deal with. My husband decided to stay away from dairy and soy to even though he wasn’t allergic, because if he even kissed me I’d end up in the ear with my throat closing, it was the BEST decision of his life, he lost weight, he’s more energetic, happier, less bloated, and his skin is clear. Even though I had no choice to go dairy free and soy free, it was amazing to do so. Because yes I have an allergy but the change in my body was a blessing. My mom then went dairy free, so did my step dad, and my close friends and they felt amazing, I taught them how to cook some of there foods they loved that ‘required’ dairy to make it dairy free and healthier. One of my friends had really bad skin issues and soon as she stopped dairy her skin got better.

How long did it take you to clear on the meds love? I’m starting in a couple of weeks and I’m super nervous but excited 😭

Brother I thought this was easy😭😭 like I have never skipped in my life and when I tried to do it today I barely did a 100 like barelyyy I almost died in the process 😭😭 like I can do just 16 like maxx once or twice and I am dead. I will try to continue with the hundred for now and increase as It becomes relatively easy🤌🏻🤌🏻

You haven’t given it long enough my dear. You’re going through the purging stage.. it takes up to 8 weeks for ALL traces of dairy to be removed from your system. Trust me, I have terrible skin too and it’s caused by inflammation (I’ve got HS) and every tablet, creams, moisturisers didn’t help, the only thing that is helping my skin is dairy free. You NEED to give it time and let your body adjust to this new change… I don’t think 30 days is enough. Yes you get some benefits very quickly, but they’re benefits we don’t see/feel. Please give it more time and take care xx

Use a app called jump rope counter accuracy may lag sometimes but you get roughly idea I'm doing 200 jumps a day for week now thinking of 500 per day after this video and increase it gradually as i see fit

3:49 OMG... That happened to me too... All the appointments that i had with female dermatologists were bad... They made me feel like my life was over and straight up told me to stop using any kind of products on my face including moisturizer.....?! And told me to do a chemical peel...?! I almost gave up... But then i found my current dermatologist. He was the the nicest dermatologist i've ever been to. He gave me hope and prescribed me with accutane. I'm currently on my 13th week and i've never felt better... I did have purging during the 1st few weeks.. But after that it slowly cleared out. I do have some minor side effects like dryness and tiredness... But other than i'm happy with the results..!
