Great information. I would have thought the opposite was true with all these numbers. I'm happy to hear the market is still alive. All I can say is look out once the interest rate falls.

Not much racism but there are some poor areas. It’s growing a lot…
Very poor area, lots of homeless and drug users and everything is about 50 minutes away. I moved here and regretted, after 1 year here I am moving away.

Moved to Ormond Beach then Daytona a few months ago. When I was in Ormond I would always come to Daytona bc it’s so much to do. Falling more in love with the area everyday. It’s a mix of everything. Black, white, hispanic, Indian..It’s a little hood..a little rich. It’s the best lol.

I'm investigating the east coast of Florida including Ormond Beach and New Smyrna. I purchased a home in Panama City 2 years ago and plan to sell and move to the east coast. I noticed the home prices seem to be less in Daytona which is why i clicked on your video to learn more. I would like a spot that has an older demographic, not a lot of young families (no offense), quiet and low key. I appreciate the video.

How do we know what the exemption would total out to in relation to your mortgage payment?
a $25,000 exemption is applied to the first $50,000 of your property’s assessed value if your property is your permanent residence and you owned the property on January 1 of the tax year. This exemption applies to all taxes, including school district taxes. An additional exemption of up to $25,000 will be applied if your property’s assessed value is between at least $50,000 and $75,000

Help clarify for me, please; you typically don’t buy apartments, you rent them. You can buy condos though. So are you wanting info on renting an apartment or buying a condo?
Is there a Beach or a lake where you can swim? I mean swim in a calm water in a natural place.
Yep! Tons of beaches that you can chose from! If you’re swimming in fresh water, you just have to be mindful of gators, fyi. But I swim in the ocean and river all the time 👌🏼

We’ve q trip on a couple of weeks, where is the best sport bar-rest to see F1 races?
Hey Eduardo, I'm not a follower of F1 racing, so I'm not sure if there's a specific sport's bar that would be best for that. However, if you just ask your server to put the race on one of the TVs, they usually will. Some great sport's bars in the area are; Houligan's, South Turn Restaurant and Sports Bar, Racing's North Turn.
Im definitely moving to Florida once I win the powerball.

There are a few large trees down in the Ormond woods and also some roads closed due to flooding.
We are fortunate to have no damage and power restored in about 24 hours. You can still hear the generators going nearby.
