I just did a music video of Arnold Schwarzenegger pictures and I hope you enjoy it, there are about 45-50 pics. #bodybuilding #fitness #arnoldschwarzenegger #gym
Arnold Schwarzenegger really made his body 💪 In his 70s
Wow ive never seen someone lift that much in lunges, how much do you squat?
I ACTUALLY HAVE MY FAVORITE ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER VHS MOVIES OF ALL TIME.
Very wonderful vedio
The best ever in my opinion no 1 comes close 👌👌👌
Jesus, to think that the smith machines were so primitive back then that you couldn't even use one without an extra person removing the pins for you
Arnold will never die. Long after hes gone, ppl will keep coming back to these blueprints of his.
lesson here: if benching on the smith machine is good enough for Arnold - it’s good enough for me
What music is playing?
He is a funny guy
reverse flies.... aka lateral raises
ARNOLD IS THE BEST BODYBUILDER OF THE ALL TIME!! ABSOLUTELY!!! 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
Dumbbell pullovers love that stretch under the chest ❤❤
These bodybuilders of today don't even look human anymore, arnolds physique is top notch right here 👍
No they look like death warmed up. On stage and the posing is pethetic i dont watch the olympia no more nothing to see its down hill a mile i would say 10 15 years or so the game will be dead and half of the beer gut competitors unfortunately
He looks so thin here! Low standards back then
so much for the 45 degrees BS.. mans going 90
Damn I’ve never seen this footage before! What’s it from?
1:00 such a weird machine, an OG smith machine, but in order to unrack and rerack the weights you need another person to put the pins in.
I read somewhere Arnold had a shoulder injury training for the 1980 Olympia ?
Very overrated bodybuilder. Mediocre at best.😒
Yep
Would sop him up with a BISCUIT.....BABY!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🙃
Look at his rowing form... Elite
1:33 terminator mode activated
I want that bench machine..I like how it stays in place. When I bench my arms sway and it's aggravating
He went straight T800 after that weight slam
His upper chest was outrageous! Still the best chest of all time
8:24 relationship is different
♥w♥o♥w♥!! You desperately need Promo-SM!!!
Strong af brother. I saw your comment about struggling with low back pain. I’m in the same boat. Your mention of cow cat stretches was super helpful. Did you figure out what was causing your butt wink? I have no idea where to start with mobility stuff. Stay safe and strong bro!
Hey brother, thanks! Yeah I did struggle with low-back pain for many many years. And one way or another I managed to recover 90-95% of the problem... Butt wink was/is my primary enemy. Even though it took me many years to figure that out, I started with flexibility and mobility exercises (hams, quads, abductors, glutes, ankle, many hip exercises etc..) but my butt-wink didn't quite disappeared 100%, it did around 50% I believe. So I came to the conclusion that my bone structure (genetics) is not the best for breaking parallel in a squat because my butt wink will always be there. And if I kept doing it I will harm my longevity as an athlete. So I stop at parallel on my squats. But I also disvover that lunges is the best accessory for me, since it increases my squat and I don't risk any butt wink... How I recovered: Besides what I mentioned above, I kept getting informed on back-problems, anatomy, as well as looking carefully at my own back issue. I did this year after year. And for me I discover the following: I was sitting on a chair for HOURS every day, and after some years I discovered this and did a psoas stretch along as the cat-cow stretch (no more than 8 reps as Dr.McGills says). And after 2 days, I was able to squat and deadlift heavy, even though I had my back issue for 5 years! I revovered around 80% from my problem. I also discovered that the abdominal muscle is SUPER important to protect the low-back, more than I even imagine. And even more important for people with low-back pain. So I created a program to make them even stronger, I incorporated Yoke Walks as well as calisthenics exercises that target not only my core, but mainly my abs and obliques. The problem disappear almost completely in around 2 weeks (90-95% of it), and after that, I've been training and competing heavy for 1 year exactly with no issues. In conclusion: - i was sitting too much on a chair. (I stretched my psoas, 2-3 sets of 10 sec per day) - I did cat-cow stretch for no more than 8 reps (I don't know exactly how this stretch works but WOW, the first day was kinda painful) - I used to not care about abs and obliques, I was blinded that they had enough work by doing squats and deadlifts (I didn't pay atention that my erectors where the one's that were working harder on SQ and DL, so I incorporated yoke walks and calisthenics ab work) - I hope this helps bro, even though everybody is different and everybody has different back issues. At the end of the day we're all humans, and everything I just mentioned above is something that basically everyone should do, don't matter which problem you have. Let me know anything, I'll be glad to help. I've been on that boat before. (PD: I'd like to mention that any kind of barbell row, like bent over rows or t-bar rows are an enemy to me. As well as conventional deadlift, no mattet how good my technique is, I will always get hurt if I go heavy)
@@lalogarcia91 thanks so much for a very thorough reply bro!! I just screenshot your comment and will build a recovery programme around it. You should consider turning your recovery journey into a video, I’m sure many others will benefit from it. Thanks again, and I subbed to your channel, hope that it’ll grow as fast as our gains!

Yeah right. steroid user's today are properly tested. I was believing that he was making stuff up in Pumping Iron but now I'm not so sure.

Yo Arnold what about leg day? 😂😂
Legs were good enough to win Mr. Olympia 7x.
@@gainzveinz2120 By a corrupt judging panel. He was missing a lower body

You don't know Arnold if you say that lol
motorsV12 well, his biceps are fucking supersized lol
+RubLox He has big legs. look at him flexing. Its just that he has huge upperbody muscles.
+tysswe1 his legs lost much mass when he would get shredded. Look at him in his early years and you will see that his legs were much bigger
@@tysswe1 His legs looked like pencils
Bros I did a push up three days ago so yeah I'm pretty legit.
