Fui passar uma semana em Novembro de 2022, o hotel é espectacular, tudo muito bom, comida, instalações, a água da praia é de um tom turquesa, simplesmente deslumbrante, mas o melhor de tudo é a simpatia e a simplicidade de todos os empregados. O grupo de animação, são muito jovens, mas sabem cativar os clientes, todas as aulas, desde a hidroginastica, a zumba, a step, o funaná, os espetáculos de dança, etc, são um exemplo de como tratar os clientes. Adorei conhecer todos, e ficou a amizade, com troca de contactos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not stay in this hotel. This is not a 4-star Platinum hotel, 3 stars at best. I've just got back from here and it was horrible. The hotel and rooms are tired, dirty, and poorly maintained. The rooms are basic and cheaply furnished. We travel with TUI and asked to be moved...they did nothing, just wanted us to pay for a new holiday. AVOID!!! Don't trust the glossy videos!
