breathtaking... i listened to this 7 years ago in grade 8. im a 21 year old man now, this whole album changed my life. i still remember the day gord downie passed away, it felt like some part of my heart left. i love this tragic story. i love you gord for broadcasting it, and i appreciate canadian and aboriginal culture so much. my background consists of an aboriginal past, and my niece's are native's. i love you all.

My Dad shared the Tragically Hip with me when I was in elementary school. I wasn't super familiar with their entire catalogue, but still new a lot, mostly fully completely and road apples, as well as some hits form the others. My entire family went to this concert. This is one of my favourite Hip songs. I was taking a look at the setlist for this night and didn't remember them playing this song. I didn't know it at the time, but this would become one of my favourite Tragically Hip songs years later. Had to hear what it sounded like that night.

I had some work to do and wanted to listen to a song. I thought, let's dial up a quick hip song then get some work done. I pulled up this vid of one of my favorites. Halfway through, I thought OMG, Gord's death on the 17th, what's today ? Sunday, October 17th. 4 years to the day of his passing..!!??.I haven't watched any Hip videos since shortly after the K-rock show a few times...? Gord ? Is that you ? You had the music covered, I'll keep watching those sunsets for you.
