I dare you to get in there and lie down next time. We used to when young and have a herd sniff and snort as they checked us out. A decent herd too. Mark
Yes,they do love to sniff and lick,so inquisitive, it's funny the Hereford bulls not so,its great to see a good herd, more sheep around us usually, cheers Mark.
@@saunteringsapsfords Yeah, and their lick is kind of offputting. A pleasure.
Sheep don't usually stick around but these are surely a different breed from the rest. For one thing they do like fuss I agree. Lovely time spent. Mark
@WyeExplorer This one was bottle fed, lost her mother, walks with us and the dogs,no fear.she has even taught a couple of the other lambs to come up for fuss.good for the soul brother...cheers.
@@saunteringsapsfords I thought she was a bit different.
Doing catch up at the moment. But yeah I agree profound in every way - the feeling is priceless. Have a great weekend. Mark
such an adorable sheep, I'm so jealous lol

That's a nice doggie. :)
Thank you, he's quite a character.
That’s the river elan not wye
Yes,I discovered that after,it runs into the Wye I found out.
Love it down there. You're not to far from the Monnow confluence. Re-the birds it's good to know the different song. I'll have to keep an ear out for the Chiffchaff. But that bridge - my dad used to practice blowing it up as head of demolitions in the SAS. Truly - they practiced on it. Well, awesome meadow. Mark
Ah I remember you saying that about your Dad,when you did a video on the bridge,
@@saunteringsapsfords Ah, yeah I did. Have a great day.
'Dog in the grass.' They also say, 'the wolf in your back garden.' This breed in particular exhibit such interesting behavior. Take care all. Mark
Wonderful video dear. I enjoyed watching. Hope to see you soon...
Now that's a church that definitely sings to the tune of nature. Lovely. Mark
Yes very true Mark, nice to see.
@@saunteringsapsfords It is nice to see...
Hey, good to see you in Ross. I love the town and have spent some time there over the years. The Prospect is a mellow place - great views across the river and country. I trust you're well. Have a great weekend. Mark
Cheers Mark, yes,it's where my wife and I got together, 39 years ago,Jaqalines night club ,I think on Kyrle St,do you remember it,?I didn't film the town, too much scaffolding, and the market hall covered, will film it again, as will be back,.Yes Ross gotta lot going for it.same to you bro.
@@saunteringsapsfords A pleasure. Hey, that's intere4sting - it has a special place in your heart. Re-the filming - next time to capture it in all its glory.
How lucky you are. They are adorable. So precious. Good work Mom & Happy Mothers Day to you!
Ah, maan so good to mooch about the old patch. There's so much that has changed but so much that sparks off the memory. The Cinema, barbers, school store, the early home and more. Wow, 105 - the old lady and the gates. Yeah, same here in Hereford - I see the old stuff and how we used to do things. I enjoyed that. All the best. Mark
Cheers Mark, as i spent the first 13 years of my life there, will always hold good memories, although did loose my mum while we lived there.she was only 42.i was 8.but don't need to tell you about loss.have a good weekend bro.
@@saunteringsapsfords A pleasure bro. Yes, I'm sure it's a special area considering your mother too - very sad at 8. You must have thought of her a lot over the years.
Robert...
@@saunteringsapsfords Ah, thanks.
I really enjoyed that. I’d have loved to have joined you on the walkabout to learn more. I moved to Palmers Flat in Coalway 6 years ago from London. I’ve been regularly visiting FoD for 25 years and always said I’d retire here, and did. Loved hearing what some of the old shops in town used to be. Often use Kaplans cafe but never knew it was previously a Gateway’s. Yep, we seem to have been invaded by seagulls. I know Mr Raymond (Brian) well, I bought all my carpets from him for my home - he is a true legend here. I drive past Kinver on probably a daily basis. Thanks for putting this up 👍.
That's awesome. The last time I saw them they were gone in a shot. Great siting. Mark
That's some kind of gnarly wood on top there. I reckon there's gonna be fruit galore before long - get your buckets out. Have a great rest of the week. Mark
Yeah,Mark, lots seem to grow around mid Wales, and yes lots of interesting woodland, love walking through it.
@@saunteringsapsfords It must be the clean air. Yeah, I get the walking through - such a delight.
So good to see you back there bro. I imagine the dam was a riot of sound. Awesome! But how about the Elan too - a real nice mountain river. I have fond memories of it - I need to get back there myself. Good going. All the best. Mark
Again Mark,a fantastic part of Wales, and so close to us,was very impressive to see that water, very dry last time we were there last year. Beautiful river.
@@saunteringsapsfords I agree very impressive around there. You guys gave got to take a drive right through the Cambrians if you haven't done so already - lynne brianne etc. Good to see the water up.
❤❤❤
Nice🎉🎉
Pretty neat little site there bro. Good to be getting out during the winter. I think that was a Kestrel - Sparrow hawks don't hover. Good to see them as your out exploring. An alright area it looked. Take care. Mark
Yeah, nice and rural, besides the hum of the M5,but not a problem, Ah I had forgotten that about the Sparrow hawks not hovering, Nice area around Droitwich. Cheers,Mark.
@@saunteringsapsfords It looked a reasonable area to pitch in and walk too. Yeah, Sparrow Hawks are observational from some natural vantage point. Drotiwich looked cool.
Ah, maan I can taste that from here. Sounded good and looks lovely. Have a great weekend. Mark
Yeah was something a bit different, quite healthy too, have a good one too bro.
@@saunteringsapsfords Good to hear of the health. I will have a good one.
Ah, love it. Rural rambles in the van. Good to see you out and about. Mark
Cheers Mark,it's been a long wet winter, so good to get out,I've got a longer video coming, just great to be out in the countryside, loved the dipper...
Look at that tale go. A good sign for sure. Mark
Yes,Mark, very keen, doing well.
@@saunteringsapsfords Hey, that's good.
They know what's good for them. Just bought the book 'The Farm That Raised Me,' today. I recommend it. Mark

So cute and tasty. Ha ha! There's something timeless about the sound of sheep - takes me back. Have a great week ahead. Mark
Yes I agree Mark, yeah nice to see them out, little signs of spring, same to you bro, have a good one.
@@saunteringsapsfords Yeah, it is a lovely sound of the spring to come. I will have a good one.

Even though I know it's a stuffed animal fake, I feel very wary of it.
When we went in it was in the dark,my mate jumped a mile.😂

It's a huge amount of work for volunteers to do - hats off to their progress so far. I tell you what I wouldn't say no to that cottage - I can't think the traffic is that much along there. A pleasant walk fake deer and all. Mark
Yes,Mark, many years of work, nice to see it getting restored.
