One way of doing this is to upload your course into Coursebox AI and then generate a new updated course based on this. We hope to have a dedicated feature for what you are referring to though in the future :)

Hi, we will be enabling LTI integrations within the next few days. This allows you to publish the course to most LMSs whilst also having a strong integration with analytics and other features. It is like SCORM but a better more advanced integration. We are investigating options with Udemy but do not currently have a solution to this. Coursebox can be published online as an , or linked to from your website and there are options to sell courses through Coursebox, so if you have existing marketing/an engaged audience, this could also be an option

Hi 👋Click into your course and navigate to the overview or publish settings page. Click on the publish button and select “publish as paid”. A pop-up should appear where you can follow the prompts to sell your course. Link your Stripe account first if you have not done this yet. Linking your card is only for purchasing courses so does not apply here. Linking your card will not allow you to sell courses, only linking Stripe will. If you do not have a Stripe account, then you will need to set one up to get through this step. If you require another payment system like Paypal, please get in touch with us support@coursebox.ai . We are planning to integrate Paypal as an option soon. Once you have successfully linked your Stripe account, the button will say “Unlink Stripe”. Choose a price for your course. If you are unsure about the price, think about the quality and value of your course, your audience, the length of the course, the costs involved to produce the course, how competitors price their coursework, the accreditation that you can provide to your learners, and other factors. Set a currency and finally enter the additional tax applied. Depending on where you are located, you may be required to charge for a specific amount of additional tax. Click on the publish button. You should see the price and currency you have set on the overview or publish settings page. If you would like to test it, click on the share icon and then click on share link. Open a private or incognito window in your internet browser or log out of Coursebox. Paste the link in your browser and hit enter. You can now see a preview of what the course page will look like before someone purchases your course. Enter your test information and your credit card details to purchase and then access the course. If you have a large quantity of training courses and also new courses being released over time, you may prefer to sell your training on a monthly recurring subscription model instead of a once-off fee for an individual course. You can set this up when you create a group. Once you have published it, go into the course editor, click on the down arrow in the top right corner of the screen and then click on "copy " or "share link". If you have any trouble with this, feel free to contact us here: alex@coursebox.ai as we will be able to send you screenshots through email. We are currently updating our publishing UI to make this more obvious for our users.
