Hotel:
Night 1 we stayed at an off site hotel called Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d’Europe. We were very impressed by this hotel, such good value for money and only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney Village. Perfect hotel for a budget trip!
Night 2 we stayed at Disney’s Santa Fe which is a Cars themed hotel which we LOVED. The theming is done so well, we could have definitely stayed there longer. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Disney Village so no fighting for the shuttle bus and of course we got the extra magic hour both days with a one night stay in a Disney hotel!
Food:
Well we were a little disappointed with the lack of variety on snacks. I think we are so use to WDW were you have a different snack on every corner. We tried a pizza restaurant at Disney Village called Vapiano, which is just outside of the bag check area. We loved it, the pizza is freshly made and you get your moneys worth.
The Parks:
Disney is Disney, it’s so immersive. I don’t think you realise how small the parks are though until you’ve been to WDW. This was my first time back at DLP since going to WDW for the first time ever and we didn’t even feel exhausted at the end of the day like you do in WDW. We did both parks on both days and tickets off loads of rides within the magic hour too. We paid €19 each to get reserved viewing area for the nighttime firework show and it was definitely worth it to be front and centre with no heads blocking our view.
