I have some shots of checking the points system on this engine. It was in great shape, so we didn't get to dig into it very far. I was unable to find manufacturer specs on coil testing but I can definitely get you a resistance reading on our coil since we know it is in good working condition...or at least good enough to jump the gap and create a flame front.

I was merely hoping to assist you in creating a presentation that's most useful to the neophyte. I'm certain that you'll do a fine job w/o anyone else input the diy mindset needs to be rekindled in the people, so that they eschew the dead end hollow ideal of "Consumerism" . Harbor Freight 212cc is the best bang for your buck! I upgraded to the Harbor Frieght 225cc MAX on the Cooler Kart, and it's not much better than the 212cc. Save yourself some money and grab the good old 212cc from Harbor Freight.

Put ur fuel tank on the engine where it goes, run the throttle cable along the frame rails and ur build will be upgraded and completed...

I agree that it would absolutely be harmful to ingest fuel vapors! Thankfully most fuel tanks come equipped with vent ports in order to vent harmful vapors! It should be relatively easy to direct the harmful fuel vapors outside of the cooler therefore no one has to ingest fuel vapors and I can still use the cooler! WOW! AMAZING!

Some people like fuel vapors. It adds zest to the wankers.

@@Fabfactory What's even the point of running it in the cooler. The whole build looks stupid, because of that.
