Much like the Cuba endings this one has the player character become a sleeper agent, they were sent to kill the guy who is clearly working on nukes if we go off by the radiation symbol on the blueprint. the needle is how they did it by making him overdose on drugs. the final scene with the skinnerman is most likely some kind of code word to clean up loose ends and off themselves.

I feel like that at some point, there will be an ending that ties directly into Outlast 3. Would be a hell of a PR move to pull off.

This may or may not be true but was Easterman actually there. In the first ending(The Cuba ending) we see his reflection in the window after he said the trigger words via telephone could this mean in the new ending Easterman when he's at the door and the hallucinations start when Hendrick says the trigger words it could be possible during the part where the reagent is hallucinating the part where the reagent is being dragged away could be Murkoff employees dragging the reagent away all men in black style. (I hope this theory makes sense IIBH)

I feel like the ending has some kind of connection to franco barbi because one of the new trials revolves around drugs and these two probably bought some of francos drugs and accidentally or she purposely overdosed him.

The reagent apparently was tasked to infiltrate Mao's communist revolution and also involve in drug trafficking in china.... Here our reagent had (what I think) seduced someone in the Chinese communist leadership with intent of an assassination....Murkoff's orders maybe? We have had new sets of trails in which were supposed to poison the drugs...maybe this what had happened?...she ended up overdosing the guy with poisoned drugs. Hell she could've been the guy's wife at 0:25 we could see our reagent has the same shorter hair in silhouette as the women in the photos 0:19.

I can see how this game could be challenging to play😅 But I enjoyed watching it, a nice throwback to the early 2000s. Music and ambient sounds were nice, very creepy and subtle approaches of enemies were sources of most jumpscares. I disliked the jittery movement control and sometimes the game could get too dark to see anything. Thanks for presenting best horror games of today!🙏🙌😍❤️

There was a similar scary dollhouse game created a while ago where we learn about every doll and its origin. I liked this one, the ending was so sad for our character!😩🐻🤭
