What is the brand and model of the windscreen?
The Walton's. 'Jim Bob is hanging by his balls frontier Christmas tree' that was an actual balls up on set
Great scenery as usual and whatever you're doing with your microphone keep it , your voice is nice and clear with little wind noise . Thx for the video .
Hey Freeride, thanks for your comment mate. The sound on the mic is better on this system which is a Sena, I’m using this while my GoPro is down. I wish you a great weekend mate

Well done Steven, the Moto Guzzi shines like new again. And, sorry for being honest, the guzzi looks better than you 😉- you probably take better care of her, than do yourself. Congratulations on the new car too. appears to be well maintained. Hopefully you're lucky now and the car will serve you well for a long time. Take care Winfried
Good morning Winfried, yeh for sure the bike looks better than me and also runs better too, even with its leak😂. The little Ford runs well so I hope it keeps that up too. Take care mate
Nice job on the bike and congrats on the new car. When I bought my 23 Special I was planning on the blue colour but didn't realize they no longer offered it after the 22 model year. I have the white with red stripe. It's a nice colour as well but blue is definitely the best looking on this bike (IMHO). Cheers Kevin
Good morning Kevin, I think they do a gloss black one now with a red stripe, that would be mine if choice, when I bought mine it was only blue or grey. I wish you a great week mate, till the next one

Looks tidy after a wash but ya need to wash it with some proper car/bike wash as washing up liquid has salt in it an not good for the bike mucker. But she does look good after the wash 😅

If you look hard enough you can see the Vespa ( I am not allowed to call it a scooter 😂) in my picture along with my v85tt. And we are in the UK although always thought Canada would be a nice place to live. Did you ever watch Mammoth comedy series I suggested off the BBC? If not do yourself a favour, confident you will find that very funny.
Good morning Paul, so wrong person, wrong country and wrong continent, next time I’ll get one right😂 No I didn’t check Mammoth but I today when I get home, promise 😉 I have bbc I Player so I’ll search it on there. I wish you and the Vespa rider a good day

The bike : So all these issues started after the service? Should service it yrself. So many TH-cam videos to help out. Vibe sounds like unbalanced wheel or slightly bent rim? Yes if the case is weeping between the joins then it's the gasket. Wierd that. Though. ..the Africa twin has a dodgy seal that needs re sealing at 5K. But it's a keeper. Lovely bike. Good morning Kevin, sorry must have been the wrong Canadian, oh hang on could be someone from Florida, memory is going😂. I think I have a car, but you’ll have to wait for the next video for that😉 Enjoy your weekend mate
Good evening Steven, even if you have to start the search for a new car again, I think it's better this way than the hassle afterwards. Don't worry, of course there is wind noise, but it's not very annoying to me and still can understand what you're talking about. It's strange with the unbalance in the tire, I've been driving different Michelin tires for many years and have never had such problems with the unbalance. Have a nice weekend. Winfried
Good morning Winfried, sometimes I think the vibration is coming from the engine but then it feels like I’m riding with a square front wheel. But I’ll get it checked again when the bike goes in for the oil seal. At work again for another weekend 😢, was even sunny yesterday with no rain, that makes a change. Winfried I wish you a good weekend mate
Hi, mate. So, I was riding down the A11 to London last weekend on a boring stretch and I remembered your last video talking about the wobble. I then remembered (takes a while nowadays) about my V50 II in the early 1980's. It was about three years old when I bought it and the tyres were dogshit, so I got the dealer to change them up. The mechanic was an old school miserable bastard, but knew his stuff. I give him a few fags to fit me in quickly and I remember him saying that shaft drive bikes can sometimes be a pig to balance both wheels, and to bring it back if the front wheel wobbles at speed. Mine didn't, so forgot it. As they have looked at your front wheel, ask them to whip off and re-balance the back too. Just a thought mate. Cheers.
Good morning Dave, thanks for your comment, yes this makes for an uncomfortable ride and a bit unsettling. I will tell them when I take the bike in to get the oil seal changed. Enjoy the weekend mate, work for me😢
I love twin clock's and stainless/chrome exhausts and the colour, yours is the best colour combination as far as I'm concerned. The screen now thats a different matter, not for me.
Hi Ian, yes that is why i took the Special over the the others with digital clock, i do not like it. As for the colour i think there is a black one now, that i like more than the blue. As for the screen, the screen could have been designed better i think, it is to short and could of had a lip on it but thats why i have the little extender on it and with that said it is still to short. Cheers mate
As an American, I have no fucking idea what what you said but I loved it all
Good morning Lee, 😂you made me laugh mate, sorry about my accent😂, I’m laughing as I write mate. I wish you a great day mate. Hope you subscribed 😉
You can't park there mate
Hey Russ, yeh mate I was so lucky one of my kids was not with me. Also my poor Speed Triple
Good Evening Steven, the wheels definitely need to be rebalanced. If the fluttering still hasn't disappeared afterwards, the tire is a case for a complaint to the manufacturer. The workshop should know what to do. Is the Opel Corsa already registered to you? Normally the licensing authority informs the insurance company and from that day on you have to pay. Nevertheless, the car seller should have fixed the problems now and be able to deliver the car. Have a good sunday! Winfried
Good morning from a very wet Zurich Airport, I got so wet coming to work, Corsa is gone, I told them to stick and got my deposit back, more lies and stories from them. As for the balancing, I’ve been back once and now no difference, still has the shaking. Just looking out of the window here at work, it’s 3am and the rain is bouncing off the ground. Enjoy your Sunday mate
Hello friend ,nice ride but too much wind at the end ,couldn't get every word , otherwise thanks for the compliment, yes I was a good passenger and it sounds funny that you kept checking if I was still there lol 😂😂😅😅, anyway I hope your bike gets good repair soon and hoping you get a new car as soon as possible too. Wishing you a nice weekend
Hello friend, come on Anita you can say something better than that😅, How is your weekend going? So looking forward to the next time you get your arse over😂
Yes can't wait ,hopefully this time I will be the rider ,and you will be the passenger 😊😊😊
You sound like what I'm thinking in traffic.
Hello Mr fly, yes sometimes my starts to move before i think, but i am braver on the bike and just say as i please, it is funny when gesturing to the Swiss drivers they just either turn their head or look straight ahead, makes me smile.... I wish you a good weekend mate
Do guzzis still have flywheel effect when braking first cali I rode scared the shite out main dealer s can be Kent’s guzzi parts can take weeks
Good morning Andy, not sure what you mean by the flywheel effect, sorry. My local dealer here seems to get the parts quickly. Thankfully. Have a good weekend mate
Afternoon matey, great week end over here for the BBQ 😊 Well about time you had a change of luck on the old car front Still hopefully it will be worth it in the end buddy. You seem to have all they fun when you get your bike serviced is this a new strategy they managed give you extra problems so that you have to go back and pay them more money to sort it out for you What’s the new tires like ? Are they the same as the old ones?? Off on the bike to a show this wk end coming bit camping for a couple of nights hope the weather is ok Hope you have a great rest of your wk end
You mean the Bike being pushed to the side a little, when you rev the engine? Yes, they still do that. But it's not a big deal...it's not like it's going to knock you over and for me it's part of the character. They're still quite unrefined (at least the air cooled ones, don't know about the new V100), but in a nice, likable way. I can really recommend taking one for a test ride, they're fun little bikes. I use mine as a daily, summer and winter...it's not perfect, but i like it and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
That wheel balancing sitch is bad. Will watch out for that when my tyres are done. I had my valves and service (11K miles) done a month or so back. I waited for the bike and 3 hours and 450 quid later the service manager said "I see you are having trouble starting the bike" No - never. Well I 'kin do now - nothing wrong with the switch before, but f'kd now regularly. So pissed off. In fairness it's the only problem I've had, but still a mystery what the cack-handed bastards did. I got the same screen extender you got for exactly the same reason.
Hey Dave , my problem now is an oil seal has gone between the gearbox and clutch, that’s what they think, so my bike goes back in again on July 19th to get that sorted, i was there two days ago and they moved the front tyre around to try and stop the shake. Starting to piss me off coz every time it goes in it comes out different and since I am riding over 2000 miles a month I notice any little difference. Anyway Dave have a good weekend, it’s baking hot here 29c and not even dinner time
@triumphtridenttravels8960 Thanks for sharing, though - this exchange of information is really useful. Best of luck, mate.
@@GooseDave No worries Dave, i am just back in from work and i still have the shake or wobble on the handle bars between 80 to 120 kph. The tyres i have are Michelin so not cheap shite, they should be like riding on a billiard table.
Thanks digger. Always liked Guzzi's. Having a 'ride' on one from Zurich Airport has made my Saturday more interesting. 👍🇦🇺ps. You have a good grip on our Aussie vernacular. 🤣
Cheers for your comment Mort, enjoy your weekend mate
Hey thanks for the mention (my first time ever on YT lol). Any chance you can recall where you bought the windshield extender? I've invested so much in getting the windscreen delivered to Canada that it would be a shame to give up on it. Figure I may as well try an extender to see if it helps. Hope all works out with your bike and new car (I'm sure it will all be worthwhile when you finally get it). Cheers Kevin
Good morning Kevin, I bought the extender from Amazon, there is many, I just picked the one I liked the look of. No new car, told them to stick it, more lies so gibt my deposit back and now start looking again. Got to get the bike sorted now. I wish you a great weekend mate
@@triumphtridenttravels8960 Great news on the bike. Sounds like the car was not meant to be. That's OK though....lots of great cars out there. Good luck and appreciate your reply!! Cheers Kevin
You never found out why your speedo needle climbs under cranking, is bike warranty exprided now.
Good morning Checker, no never found out but I’ve never noticed this. I have other issues at the moment with the Guzzi. Warranty ends in September. I wish you a great day
Hello Steven, braked perfectly when the ambulance approached. Actually, he should have been a little more careful. Blue lights and signal do not automatically give him the right to drive in the opposite lane on a blind curve. The result was the unnecessary emergency braking of the BMW in front of you. Once again, typical example that you always have to take everything into account. Nice week Winfried
Good morning Winfried, yes that was a close call, I have commend Anita for being a great passenger all helped bring the Guzzi to a halt. Thanks for watching and of course Winfried your comment also which I always look forward to reading. I wish you a great day
Good job there with your braking...that was close!! Nice to see Anita enjoyed the ride. How do you like the windshield extension? I installed the same MG OEM screen that you have and I'm almost thinking it was less turbulent (wind buffeting) with no screen at all? Did the extension help to reduce buffeting even more? Thanks!! Enjoyed your video!! Kevin
Good morning Kevin, yes i have the same though with the screen, if you are a dwarf then i think it would great but as the screen was advertised as a touring screen then something is a miss! for me the screen should be another 6 inches taller then it would do the job but even with my little extended it is still to short, but saying that it does help, i can sit at high speeds reasonably comfortable. Oh yes Kevin that was close, but if i had ran in the back of him at least there was an ambulance close by😂, but just to stop like that on a main road, crazy man! Anita was a great passenger, i had to keep checking she was still there😀 I wish you a great weekend mate
@@triumphtridenttravels8960 LOL...good point on the ambulance being there already :). Lots of crazy drivers out there. Cheers for the info on the windscreen. Have a good one!! Kevin

The fuel pouring out happened to me as well. WIPE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. on mine it ruined the lacquer and the 850 sticker. I don't think you have anything blocked. Its just when you fill over the metal piece, the tap acts like a straw and starts pouring petrol out when on the side stand.
Good afternoon Ivan, i have always filled my bike to the metal piece, this only started to happen after my service but it has been fixed now, unfortunately i have other problems now!
Yep tell me about it mate when we were over your neck of the woods with the Rhine flooding the roads down along the river was a nightmare spoilt our trip Reference the tires I’ve always only ever replaced one if you use the same make that’s on it if your using a different type I would always replace both I would recommend Michelin road 6s best tire I’ve ever used

Good evening Steven, That was a really beautiful route you chose for Anita. Btw the name of the village is PRÄG, you pronounce it like PRAG which is the capital of the Czech Republic (yr. Prague). You don't have the 'Umlaut A' in english but it should be pronounced as an 'A' like in man, have or can. Difficult to explain, but I'm sure your children know what I mean 😂.No matter, there are more important things in life than little things like that. Enjoy yr. weekend!
Good morning Winfried, thank you again for your comment and of course watching. I am sorry about the lack of my German, it should be better. My eldest has just finished her last exam and by the end of next month will be entering the big wide world. Anita loved the bike and as a new passenger she was great, had to keep checking she was still there😂. Enjoy your Sunday Winfried
A stock SV650 would dyno at around 70 HP so they are not short on power, so it is likely the bike has been dialled back to A2 levels. That's what I would do if I was lending the bike to the public to limit liability.
Good morning David, thanks for explaining, I think you are right because the bike had power a low speeds but nothing much else, but I did like riding it, as I said the bigger version I think would be great. Enjoy your Sunday

Sorry about your trip Trevor, the weather is so bad, rained yesterday, got a soaking, raining again this morning, all the rivers are full. Not a lot of riding fun at the moment. For sure Trevor you don’t want a follow through 😂
