All Mediterranean property market is similar at the moment. A very high demand from Europe, US, Russia and local buyers and this is due to Covid related lockdowns and curfews. People wants freedom and getting away from the busy cities.

It is not our prices, Covid 19 has made a huge impact on the supply and demand ratio in Fethiye and all South Turkey towns. Land prices are more than doubled within the last 8 months in the region and still rising. This is due to lack of available building plots and resale properties. Sorry :(
