Have you tried this same tactic on cautious mentality and without the roaming on the cm_a? I took some principles from this on the overloading, merged it with some cool ideas from the Indonesian world cup winning tactic (if_S with hold up play and an overlapping fullback on attack, both have run at defense and 2 bpd), and then paired it with the switch to cautious mentality (i found from trying to remake conte's 4222 in possession/532 out of possession tactic and how good it works for possession sides in making counters happen without ticking that box)

Great video regarding multiple positions, with many matches only allowing 5 subs and 3 changes, one is very limited on ensuring all places can be replaced. Also seems GK get injured more often which is odd and kind of wastes one of the spaces, bc GK is a very unidimensional position. I did not took recruitment focuses too seriously but see it is just as important as training so be a success.

Thanks a great video, however I think the best training varies bc of the weaknesses and tactic of each team. For example if I'm in a lower league doing a defensive style of football just avoiding relegation, my training might need to focus more on defense than attack, also trying to lean more on possession based sessions, which is why one of the reasons why you cannot set your training until the tactic is set. Not to mention any board or supports objectives, regarding offensive or defensive football objectives. Btw how would the youth training be like, given it is so important for under 18 ?

Interesting take, however how does preferred formation impact all of the staff ? Does it makes it better to have staff who all prefer my formation across recruitment team and coaching team (I think medical we can probably rule out)

Feel like this tactic wouldn't work nearly as well if it wasn't played with a powerhouse team like Inter. Especially with no roles on defend duty, but I'd be glad to be proven wrong!

However I'm not sure trigger pressing with more than two players would seem good, you will loose shape once you do with too many players though.

I'm also curious if there's any tricks to keep rotation players at max match sharpness, other than letting them get minutes in the B teams.
