Reader had a good voice. Surprised to see the main Character's name is the 1st name of Agatha Christi (Author of Miss Marple) n last name Marple!! Lol story is good, tho sentences sometime split in wrong places, I was still able to listen..way toooo many ads!!!

Agatha Christie is the author, Jane Marple is the 'detective' character. Get your facts straight. Bad pronunciation 'choreographed' has a 'k' sound, not a 'ch' sound at the beginning.... etc. etc.

What happened? I got to the 4:30 mark and no sound. It starts a minute later with a mans voice. Weird

Pity about the continuity gaps - rather ruins what could have been a great tale.

The narration is quite good, but be aware that the target audience is clearly juvenile. That's not a bad thing, if you're expecting it. Good juvenile/YA literature - say, His Dark Materials - can be *quite* good. And it's a short story (or novelette), so there's no time for a character arc, or unique characters. But it passes the time. The bad part is that the author - probably human - seems to be lazy, as shown in the warehouse scene. Or maybe they were aiming for slapstick humor??

Why do AI readers speed up between paragraphs instead of giving the pause that they require. Is this AI written?
