Santorini Greece Part 3 Oia Fira 9d Lost Atlantis Museum 2024
Our last 24 hours of this beautiful Greek vacation were spent roaming around Oia checking out some of the best Instagram photo opps and shopping, and going all the way back to the hotel in Megalochori for a nap because the sun zapped all of my energy just to travel back to Fira for dinner, sunset and My Greek Wedding show that had appetizers and breaking of plates just like a traditional greek wedding! The next morning we opted for a 9d show about the theory of Santorini being potentially the lost city of Atlantis and a picnic lunch with more hiking the cliff near our hotel and making it to the airport just to find out there was a 3-hour delay making us almost miss our flight from Athens back to New Jersey- thankfully that plane had a delayed departure because of weather in New Jersey so thankful we made that plane, we did some running and thankfully the Gate Security people came looking for us and helped us get through some back doors to the gate faster.
