The rich history told about the people of Breman Essiam is that a big bell descended from the sky accompanied by human beings. It is said that descendants of those who came from the sky still live among the people.

The people of Breman Essiam celebrated their annual Big Bell festival in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam district of the Central Region of Ghana. To climax the occasion, Guinness World Record attempter, Efua Asantewaa Aduonum was enstooled as a Development Chief (Nkɔdohemaa) by Nana Ɔdɛɛfuo Afankwa III and Nana Efua Esiwaa ll, the chief and queen mother of Breman Essiam respectively.

The health facility is currently occupying a rented house for its operations. The Ochisoman Development Association, chiefs, and elders of the town handed a parcel of land to the Salvation Army Ghana to construct a health facility.

Also known as Kofi Yesu, a member of the collective Asakaa Boys delivered an electrifying performance in front of his loved fans at the University of Cape Coast. The songs he performed include "Agyeiwaa", 'Ma Drip' and the hit song 'Lonely Road' featuring XlimKid. The Kumasi-based drill rapper was accompanied by his label mate City Boy 'Prince of Kumasi' to perform on stage as a backup artist.
