So basically in this meditation conscious meditate lower center with the “ Waheguru “ shabadh. Which could enable the power of kundalini, coiled snake ( energy) stored in the body ( unconscious mind ). All the traumas, the suffering has been deep rooted in the body in lower center. Once the energy unravels it goes only one way and that’s the upward. The moment it hit the heart center 4th , the amount of love you feel is indescribable .
