    I work within the housing maintenance industry. This industry face so many employment issues that they are paying authorities to protect them against by implementing loopholes in contracts, procedures and training courses I’ve been exposed to asbestos, working with injuries, told told work against health and safety, being recorded without knowledge, had my PPE removed by management when they came to assist me with a two man lift…… while I was injured I’ve called ACAS and HSE. Tried a few other bodies but as there’s no legal aid for these issues there’s nothing I can do Meaning employers in this industry have been advised to a point where they know they can break laws without anything happening I’ve just also been to an interview where at the end I was told I would have to sign something saying that if I left the business after four weeks and before 12 months this…….. I would have to pay half the recruitment fee charged to them by their recruiter……£1,100. Can employers actually make people sign this? Agreed or requested training I can understand but recruitment costs just sounds like a bad employer fed up with people leaving because the employer is stamping on peoples rights and working conditions Any advice or understanding on these matter would be grateful as there’s many of us that now can’t do what we are trained to do as we can’t defend ourselves or have our rights removed I myself is currently suffering with mental difficulties and only leave the house to see my kids every two weeks as I can no longer afford to see them anymore I’m basically housebound, lost all confidence and can’t trust myself even if I do go out as I may break a law unknowingly due to my lack of attention span All due to being mistreated at work within this industry by numerous employers……. And been told there is nothing u can do about it Thanks for any help you can provide Any information you need I’ll happily give Thank you

    Hey How long will it take to grant the conditional order because if everything. Gets complete in 6 months it must be when the 20 week cooling of period is up ?

      Hi Nisha, The conditional divorce order can be applied for from the date which is 20 weeks after the divorce application was issued by HMCTS. The marriage will only be legally dissolved once you have the final divorce order. The final divorce order can be applied from the date which is 6 weeks after the conditional order was made. Do remember, it is important to resolve your finances alongside divorce proceedings and to reach a financial order before you apply for the final divorce order. If you reach a financial agreement by consent, a financial consent order can be filed any time after the conditional order has been made.

      Thanks for your reply we don’t have any children or finance I just want a divorce.with this new time frame would everything be done in 26 weeks because it could take months for the judge to grant the conditional order ?

    I'm stuck on this senario ... Webfast uses several contractors including Bluescreen & Co to advertise and market its services. In January 2021, Bluescreen & Co offered Ravi a free membership of a golf club as a gift, and Ravi accepted. In May 2021, Ravi signed a 2-year exclusive contract with Bluescreen & Co to undertake all of Webfast’s advertising. What breach of duty would Ravi be in for signing a 2 year exclusive contract?

    This is madness. How can any decent person in the the UK say money should be given to the rich to buy houses (I own 2 houses) when we are going to have 3 million out of work and the poor going to food banks. It is the craziest thing I have ever heard in my life. I do not like people that have a better car and lifestyle then me whilst on the dole but this would be bewildering and I would not accept it
