I have a wooden framed futon. We moved and I put it all together but I can’t see how it fits in the side slots to make into a bed or couch. Is it supposed to have rollers? The movers didn’t put any in the bag with all the other parts. But I don’t see a way for it to work without them,

All this time later, I was able to use this video to put together a garage sale futon I found. Now I'm sitting comfortably. I'm very grateful for this video.

Ugh! The stickers were placed wrong on ours and we had to partially disassemble it and figure out the correct orientation of parts. Other than that, it went together pretty well.

Add the cautionary step to step away from it if it is getting frustrating. I made a mistake (inserted a receiving bolt wrong), walked away for a few days, e-mailed a question to support, got their reply (which worked), and picked up where I left off.

I'm looking for this in France it's beautifull. Is there some plans that I can use to build it ?

Mine was delivered yesterday and I can’t seem to fold it back into the couch position. Watched the video several times and I still can’t get the hang of it. It’s exhausting to try and do it!

When I pull it from couch to bed, the back slams down and is super loud. Am I doing something wrong?

Oh my. Old woman had guests who "broke" the futon and left it. Bought it from neighbor and really liked it. Decided to try to get it flat again, after an hour of wrestling I found this video. After another hour of struggle I figured out what I was doing wrong and finally got it open and flat with the mattress back on. I'm in bed now. It was a 2 man job but once I learned from video what to lift, when etc it is back to being a great bed! Thank you!

Are the futons not marked "KD" fully assembled? I don't want to have to put it together.

Thank you for your detailed instruction video. Very easy to follow. Now I got a project to do. And I will brag to my roommate that he couldn't do on his own installing the futon he eventually gave up . I will end it with this That it takes a woman to do the job.. Lol

Its 11pm right now and were staying in an Air BnB. I want to say this video helped us actually get this fucking thing down. It took two engineers to figure this shit out before we googled it and found this. Either our education failed us, or this fucking company dosen't know how to make things consumer friendly.

The "advanced" or "advance" arm? That in itself is not a common term, so just what IS that part?

You note the slats/support rails are thicker, but with no specific size given, when s/one goes to shop, your statement is of no consequence...right? You also say they're longer was it? How about how they're jointed together...the number of screws/bolts...the number of slats and the spacing...the location of them, so on and so forth. Also, there's a company that touts their slats running HORIZONTAL, so if you have yours mounted VERTICAL, why is that better if it is? What about the stain and finish, along with how many coats of sealer? In o/words, you give generalities and you have your sales hat on, but without SPECS, it's meaningless info...you're just pitching the product.
