Chinese Girl Gets Lost in Manila | Solo Night Street Food Adventure at Quiapo Market & Jollibee🇵🇭
Manila, Philippines: I got lost on my way to Quiapo Market, took the wrong Manila LRT twice, and spent two hours wandering from daylight to nightfall. At Quiapo Market, I tasted the best siomai and palabok, savored grilled dried squid, and enjoyed freshly grilled street burgers. I also tried Jollibee’s Mango Peach Pie for the first time - it was absolutely delicious!

The Light Rail Transit Line 1 has been built last May 1985, 39 years old metro rail system, the 1st in South east Asia, since its old, might be that is the reason why there's no yet designed for crossing the platform to the other side

Enjoy your stay in the Philippines.. don't mind those racists they represent only a very small minority.. Filipinos are friendly and always welcome foreigners regardless of which country
I'm dissapointed at how unclean this road still is. When I was college there are times when the roads are clean and suddenly it will become dirty again. This seems it's still as dirty as the dirtiest time I saw it. I hope you can see not all of Philippines is like this and there are other cleaner areas.

Quiapo Palabok is the best
From your place take Grab and ask to bring you to UP Diliman. Go in the morning to lunch time. While there, look for Area 2, Gyud Food, Rodics, street food. Explore the university campus.

Ah, 15 ? I paid 50! I did think it was a bit expensive, and I was wondering how people could afford to eat so many sticks if it cost that much. But actually, I didn’t ask the vendor - I asked two customers nearby, and both told me it was 50. Maybe I misheard, and they actually said 15. 😅

Always ask people that are always willing to help you .. Quiapo is in Carriedo Station ...if you ride a jeepney you will stop in Quiapo church
I think I misread the metro station name. I kept waiting for the name I remembered, but it never came. When I checked my phone, I realized I had already gone far past it.

Miss Chen nexttime go to SALCEDO MARKET IN BGC alot of food stall there selling Authentic filipino food.. they open every SATURDAY 7AM OR 8AM until afternoon ithink so? they selling LECHON, Pork Belly, Sisig, EMPANADA, PICHI-PICHI, SAPIN-SAPIN AND MANY MORE.. I HOPE YOU GO THERE..🤗❤

Don’t go home to China without trying TURON. It’s banana wrapped in lumpia wrapper dipped in brown sugar and deep fried. Super yummy.
Haha, I actually tried Turon on my very first day in the Philippines! I didn’t even know it was fried banana; I thought it was just a spring roll. A friendly uncle told me it was fried banana, so I bought one. I think it tastes even better than regular fried bananas!
@@CarrieChenTravel Just a piece of advice when riding tricycles (tuktuk) to tell them where you want to get off and ask how much first before getting in. Some (not all) will charge you ridiculously more if you don't ask. Make sure the price they give you is reasonable.
I can see how you have a hard time with transportation on the Philippines. Even us Filipino have challenges on our own transportation system.
