I would cut those nails down then try to file them. I can't stand long nails , just a little over the finger is good for me. I'm such a manial person I can't do a thing with long nails.

What I do on amazon is I put in the search bar ( short pretty press on nails under 3 dollars) and a really great variety comes up and I’ve never had an issue with any of the ones I have purchased 😊

You can definitely trim them down and apply a thin coat of gel top coat and put them under a lamp for gel polish and that will strengthen them up ❤

I've been snagging Temu nails that are under a buck for a year, I have a drawer and a half full 🎉 Last week I wore a long set like those your wearing and struggled for a few days with them. I change my nails weekly to find what it is that I like lol I have cut then filed some of the longer sets, I don't recommend doing it with the hand painted ones, there thick nails. My favorite glue is the Kiss nail glues. I get it at Dollar General, it works so much better than Dollar Tree Candy Moya. I've not tried the gel tabs that are included with the nails. I'm very hard on my fake nails, scrubbing dishes and such, but I always get compliments on them 😊 Excellent haul Ms Karen 🎉 I really liked the snuggle tunic! Love Kiss nails the most! 😊 After I put them on I use nail clippers on the long ones to trim them, and file them down to a comfortable length. But Kiss definitely hold up better than Temu or others I've tried.

You need to rough up and clean the nail, with alcohol like you did, but get yourself a bottle of some sort of primer to put on your natural nail then do your glue and see if that doesn't help those nails stay on better. Watch some videos on putting on nails will help you, that is what I have been doing and it has helped me a lot. You do real nice videos and always look real pretty in them.

I'm going to see if I can find that hand sanitizer.

You know on Temu they have eye tape to catch that fall out. It may be softer for your eyes than that scotch tape. Madness and menopause hauled it awhile back. That might help you. ❤❤❤

Have you tried wiping alcohol on your nails or even using alcohol on a qtip to dry out the nails before you apply the gorilla glue? Some people get oily nail beds and it makes the nails pop off. Maybe buff the nails first then apply alcohol
