if you were aware of this drama around the time this video was released, you'd realize most of these people were justified in their "victim blaming". Jack is a victim, yes, but at the time no one knew that because they never spoke up about it or attempted to address their situation (yeah they were a kid, I know). Most of us actually tried to help them, no one tried to harass them. The ones that did were mentally unstable children, too. All in all, this drama was started because we all thought they had a negative effect on the community combined with their popularity.

this comment is 2 months old im srry but heres an explanation of what i can remember birdie was a kid who was abused by his parents and used the internet as a way to vent with his problems, but he represented them poorly so people started attacking it because the animation meme community only saw birdie as some "edgy psycho kittydog fangirl" he was also accused of abusing its pet ferret? but idk if that's true or not also he went through multiple breakups and his ex leaked private stuff like birdies old nsfw stuff
