It's funny, he thinks America is the dream, while Americans think Paris, France is the dream. France definitely has cleaner food because they don't allow chemicals in their food like the U.S does. The way he pronounced "Venice Beach" was pretty funny.
This boys funny nice handsome❤️🙏💙🍕🥘🎬👍🏻
Love this!
France is becoming like California
When she grows up she will appreciate boring it means normal, not abusive and without drama.
It's the same in Polish schools 😍 We used to know each other so well
Nice guests, but the moderator, please, stop saying "like" after the every single or two words! It's just annoying and hard to listen to you.
I've watched this video too many times I've lost count. So much fun 😂😂😂
Eventhough the Frenchmen are responsible for some great love plots, I would have to add that the last think that comes to my mind when thinking about French culture is being romantic. Maybe romantic in sense of romanticisim as movement with creation of ideas of national identity, so, maybe the idea of love and certain love for life is what makes it so romanticized, but romantic definitely not. More brutal with strong realism, in my opinion. And great innovations with great ability to find and shape the trends/find what is problem of society at a moment and deal with it in magnificient way. I do not even understand why there is such need to compare American and French culture. With different histories, history of politics and lots of other factors, comparing them like is done is bit inadequate. What I would really like to hear what the Frenchmen think is the biggest French cultural achivement and the mark France left on the world? What makes French culture so special? Why should I care at all about France, with so many, how to say, interesting influences and new trends that are coming from East? Why should Frenchmen/women be proud of their country? Why are they?
I m not english nor french but there is cultural difference i m an american One is reserve more conservative And french are more relaxe and easy to start a conversation
Ist es nicht wunderbar, dass sich alle unterhalten können durch Englisch? So sollte es auf der ganzen welt sein.😊 So süß die sprachlichen Unterschiede❤
😂😂😂😂😂😂😇
Brains don't shrink and grow. People who speak English don't need to learn another language - our language is everywhere 😁
Yey Matte and Emilia❤
we must not forget that the first italian tourist to come and visit france with all these friends was julius cesar
Yummy

I love each minute of your conversation guys, keep it going! 🎉
Cool! In Philippines, that is called crab mentality. Fellow Filipinos do not want seeing you growing more than they do, be it socially, emotionally, financially.
Ur so funny guys, and tout ce que vous avez talked about était so interesting !
That’s so informative
Loic has a very Californian bias to his thinking. To claim that Hollywood has a longer tradition of film-making than France shows a startling ignorance of the history of film-making in France. And I'm also rather shocked at the young French hosts of this podcast not picking him up on this. Maybe you're all just too young and too Hollywoodised! As for the rest, yeah. I'm sure you all had fun, It won't help anyone to really learn about the differences between French and English or the differences between US and French society.
Oof, that guy melts my heart. What a hunk! 😊😊
How are you ❤
Her hair is really beautiful.
16:24 was really nice to hear.
18:11-18:23 is so true and so important to know.
6:18-6:20 was the whole reason I watched this video. I was very curious to hear if there was such a thing as a French dream.
I’m going through this now. A French guy just broke up with me and I’m so in love with him. But a large part of what initially attracted me to him is not just his French accent, but the French language in general. The thing that drives me wild is how certain syllables in French become aspirated. It’s almost like a very breathy language. There is nothing hotter than the sound of a French guy who is turned on whispering things in French to you. Also I really love the sound of the French R. When I try to pronounce it, it’s the least sexy sound imaginable…..but when a French guy does it especially at the end of a word like vouloir, avoir, pouvoir….I just melt.
Oh la la
Gunshots around USC?! Jamais!! Blage.
Deep-fried oysters, dude! Best edible way to go , in my opinion.
Pfft and include the shrug without a doubt!.
My immediate take-away from watching these is how relaxed a non-French person who has competence in speaking French (me) can be just by being themselves and enjoying the world around them without freaking out about criticism, rejection, proper grammar, syntax, etc...
Don't the European electrical plug adapters allow use of "American" hair dryers in France? In Spain (Barcelona) it was cool.
Guys, share some things that we Americans should never say to Natives in France when we visit. I never want to offend anyone while I’m learning.
Thank you for sharing real practical advice so I can continue my French learning experience with more confidence.
Never break the pasta , shout out to the Italians
Laughed so hard
I'm from Russia, it was very nice to watch your video)
I have a degree in French and it doesn’t matter. I try to follow protocol and I still get treated like shit. I just got back from France. If we are loud, we don’t want to have sex with you. Granted I’m not loud in France, but this last trip made me want to scream. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to CDG . Where are the F&$@ing signs directing me to customs ? Then you see the sortie signs but there’s a glass wall between you and the exit signs. My favorite moment is going to a concert and our seats are taken because the concert is oversold which is a fire hazard and against the law in the United States. An English friend told me months before I went that the photo booths were out of order at CDG. I wanted a Navigo Découverte pass. Couldn’t get one because the machines are still out of order. Everything is made more difficult so when I got back from my trip a few weeks ago, I decided to be more f&$@ing loud and to smile more . When we smile, it’s a positive way of acknowledging your presence without saying hello. I definitely don’t want to pickpocket you. I’m tired of these protocol videos when I already know how to act . These suggestions don’t make my life easier when you’re constantly surrounded by solemn faced assholes. I’m the opposite of the ugly American. I’m an opened minded liberal . So many opinionated people , so for once I’ll share mine . Everyone loves honesty. Paris gets a D- in a customer service and this is the city hosting the Olympics next year. Good luck with that .
Maybe it's you. I just got back from my honeymoon with four magical nights in Paris and two in London. I don't speak a word of French. My wife was a high school French teacher and is fluent. With the exception of one metro station employee, every person we encountered was positively delightful! We had the BEST time! Oh, and I am 6'3" and 285 lbs, and she is 5'10". We are so obviously American in every way I feel like we stuck out like a sore thumb, but we had the time of our lives and I can't wait to go back!
@@stu11926 it’s not me . I’ve been going most of my life. I think the pandemic changed me and the world. There was more arrogance than I’ve ever seen before. It wasn’t the same like my previous visits. I’m happy you had a wonderful time.
The French sound kinda boring and stiff when it comes to social interaction.
Dude, in English we say "Cock-A-Doodle-Doo" for the sound a rooster makes. We can't judge the French.
One thing I have been doing with French music....is looking up songs I know well and trying to find French versions of them. I'm a massive anime nerd and I've got a playlist of various anime theme songs that have been covered in French by French singers. Or looking up Disney songs in French. I know these songs inside out in English, so it's been a lot of fun hearing them in French.
As an English person who is going to France in a few months.....thank you for this podcast. This is such vital information! I'm meeting a French friend of mine for the first time and in England....we hug people! All the time! So this is very good to know. I have seen some articles talk about la bise and some say that only loud English people make the kiss "mwah" sound. Don't do the sound. But I suppose that must depend on which part of France you're going to. I'm going to Paris, but my friend is from Normandy. Maybe we'll both look weird to Parisians XD
