top 10 things that did not happen

Being calm is honestly the best you can do. I work overnights at a gas station had guns pulled on me more times than should honestly be worth working there. You can usually tell how willing some are actually willing to pull a trigger. Had an AR pulled on me. I just stared at the guy. Honestly, I'm just more curious if anything. A lot of times. If the guy keeps saying, "You don't think I'll do it," they usually won't. If they wanted to, i would've been gone by now. Just don't be instigating. Saying anything that could make someone angry and make a mistake. Overall not much. I get 3 free days off for "mental health"

Staying calm is definietly a great way of not getting the trigger pulled. Humanize yourself, is another point. Tell the person something about you, struggles and whatnot. If it's a knife? Act like a rapid animal. Scare them, make their grip loosen, and keep distance. Do not turn your back either way.
