My name's Bryn! I love to cook and talk about food. Never been a chef or a cook, but I've been watching food media starting with food network as a kid. I have been really cooking a lot for the last 5 years and I love it. I decided to start this Slobcore project because I was doing all of this cooking anyway so I decided to keep something of a cooking journal with this. All the narration is complete stream of consciousness of my first take once I edit the video to 1 minute. I've been posting on my Instagram @brinnylsen and TikTok @brynnilsen! Just slowly adding the backlog to TH-cam now!

You're like me. Cheap clean nutritious food. Ive been making my version of jambalaya. I use egg rice (white rice) kindney beans, half of a chicken breast or thigh ( finley chopped up) a little sausage, some onions and creole seasoning. I get several meals out of it. Each meal probably adds up to 25 cents. Lots of protein and good carbs. I need to get a Wok like you
