Tempted to Toss a Chair | Ep. #57
In this ep, we dig into Michigan's tough loss at undefeated Indiana. We highlight U-M's standout defensive performance alongside the frustrating, chair-tossing, offensive performance on multiple levels. The boys also get into the latest on the House settlement and the SEC's surprising decision to limit football scholarships to 85 (vs. 105 presumed to be allowed). We run through the B1G and the nation, and close with things only these two guys with two thumbs care about.

Grange owns Michigan. Oskee Wow Wow!
The end 👀
Yes, you may have got revenge in 1925, but this is about 1924. Illinois won that game and 100 years later won again.
Great stuff. Love these Dooley!! thanks!!
Wow. Fantastic to learn this background. Thank you.
Yes, but they will be watching soccer and cricket.
yikes! 😬
Haha soccer maybe
@@ryanstefan9378 Google most popular sports in the world 2024. Soccer continues to reign supreme with 4 billion fans globally, according to 2024 statistics. Cricket and basketball maintain massive followings, with billions of fans tuning into major events. Jun 15, 2024 As the USA get flooded with citizens of the world, our culture will change also.
Love all these vid drops!!
Thanks so much Dooley!! You are the best!
Thanks Dooley!
A "Jobs Program" is also only feasible at a school with a large enough alumni base to support it. Smaller schools would just illegally pay players directly, and so they needed a way to legitimize the practice. Thus the birth of "Athletic Scholarships", thanks to President John Hannah at MSC/MSU and others. (Right about the same time period as Kipke's downfall too....)
Thanks!
I wish Minnesota had a good program like they had a long time ago. They have become an old blood.
Do yr home wk! Mull was also rb in h.schl! Was best runner in 22 spring game!
STALLIONS nothing more to say 🤷♂️
Thanks guys
THE LEADERS AND BEST! 💛&💙♾️!
Sooooo hot that day!! Great win. Love ur energy as always!!
I saw Caleb Downs and thought, "damn, he transferred to Ohio State, I didn't know he liked losing to Michigan so much!"
My go to spot 85 to 96
Excellent video 👏
I think Corum would have scored 100 touchdowns last year if he had to in order to win the national championship.
I remember the 97 season and how special it was, this season filled that void I have been missing for so long. Call them cheaters, fine. But you can't deny the fact we were great after beating Bama and then an undefeated Huskies team that had the nation's best QB in my opinion. GO BLUE
Not much here beyond what’s on message boards.
Hey there! I was the sculptor who worked on the trophy. It was amazing to work on something to honor Dr. Jewett’s legacy. Looking forward to many years of watching it change hands 😁
The touchdown run in OT was better than any Barry Sanders touchdowns run.
WHAT
Thanks guys! Just FYI, my NIL deal is severely lacking, but definitely not transferring! Thanks you two!
I believe 1837 was when Michigan started in Ann Arbor, and 1817 Detroit. I was reading in the Michigan book which you link on your site that the Ann Arbor Land Company donated the first 40 acres as campus, and lobbied against the U continuing to expand in Detroit because, of course they would make much more money off real estate with a great University in town. Ann Arbor became and remains the quintessential college town
The Union used to have a bowling alley. Spent so much time studying in that building it would have been so great to take a break and roll a game or two
Got to redo that head coach mural
Never will get tired of this
AC should have won the Heisman. I was art his first game against Northwestern, and knew immediately that he was going to be special.
Hail to the cheaters!
Which games did they cheat in??
@@lighthouse7i Don't be stupid
@@danielroberts3920 - Lame & juvenile....... Now answer the question!
Was there a better game in the history of Michigan Football? Nope.
I hate Michigan but I love old memorabilia
I honestly watch these highlights more than the national championship game
Asterisk
Nebraska went 8-3 in 1898 under Yost. It was not a championship season, They were an independent in 1898, so no conference championship either.
*
The visualization of the game balls is humbling.
WOW! Keke is amazing!! She did a fonominal job conveying her points while speaking so eloquently. Such a bright future for her
When bammer loses, America wins.
Horrible play call for game ender. Michigan defense was aligned for the QB keeper but Bama had no time outs left and should have audibled to next play. That sneak will get you a yard, maybe two. But never 3.
GO BLUE!
This was a well-deserved fitting ending for Alabama and Saban
I was sitting 14 rows back from this same view. It was amazing. The energy in that stadium when We pulled out the victory will never be topped. Glad I was there to witness it. Go Blue!!
Fuck yeah!!!!
Go home Bama.
Did anyone catch the score of OSU in the Idaho Potatoes bowl?
