It's so easy to be misunderstood on here. You need to use a pop filter when you're that close to the mic and a better technique is to put the mic just to the side and point it at the corner of your mouth. The little puffs of air (plosives) from "P's" and "B's" ruin the sound. A large condenser mic is EXTREMELY susceptible to plosives.

Hi Jeff! I do like it. I use this mic for singing. I have a different mic for recording videos. I like both.

I think it might depend on the type of paint you used. and i am not an expert on that.. i had painted my own cabinets myself with standard paint from lowes and used the steam cleaner on them all the time... with zero issues. however acrylic paint that i use with my daughter with crafts, comes off witht ehsteam cleaner, which is what i want... make sense?
