Hello! I saw your post about following the Whole Food Plant Based diet to help your CAD. How are you ? I was advised to have open heart surgery to address a stenosis bicuspid valve and an aortic aneurysm. I am on the 21st day and am hoping that I could keep my condition at bay with this diet and not have to undergo OHS. I would appreciate if you could share with me your prognosis to date. Still the best Halloween soundtrack there is! My folks and I used to go all out for the Halloween season and we’d have this playing through speakers that were wired up outside. Combine that with a garage that we’d deck out with five or six different animatronics, black lights, strobe lights, fog machines…. A lot of kids wouldn’t dare enter. Especially after dark…

A Night In a Graveyard / Haunted House Entering the Graveyard If you walk through Witches Wood, past the hanging tree, then down dead man’s lane. Over the wooden foot bridge past Creepy Hollow, you’ll come to an ancient graveyard. They say it isn’t safe for mortals to be here, especially after dark. For here is a place of twilight, a place occupied, they say, by half-beings. A twilight world of spirits - of ghosts and ghouls and banshees and apparitions from the nether world of darkness and cold, cold, evil. A horrifying time warp of disembodied souls lost forever - in purgatory. This is a place of black foreboding, a stark and terrifying area of strange and dreadful happenings. We’d better light the lamp. See its flickering shadows. They are - shadows? Aren’t they? Most people whistle bravely to themselves as they pass this locality, or try to, in spite of the sudden dryness of the mouth and quickening of the heartbeat. We’re all brave enough when we can’t actually see what’s lurking behind us, aren’t we? So if the hair on the back of your neck is rising, don’t look back. Don’t look back. Don’t.....look.....back! Be Careful Where You Tread When through the cemetery gate, along the overgrown path, be careful where you tread. There’s really nothing to worry about just here, is there? Everyone knows that manifestations of the supernatural are but figments of the imagination. Everyone knows that, don’t they? Don’t they? I did say ‘be careful where you tread.’ Your next step could be.....your last. The Gathering Storm Perhaps we’d better shelter awhile under that crooked old oak tree, the one struck by lightning many years ago. So, you see - lightning can strike in the same place twice. [laughs] Vampire Mausoleum It can’t be helped, I did try to avoid it, but we’ll have to shelter in the old mausoleum. Rumor has it that vampires used to dwell there, but it was only a rumor. Someone did try to find out for sure, but he was never seen again. Shall we go in? RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! Witches Coven Listen - midnight. The Witching Hour. (bubble bubble, toil and trouble..) Witch 1 - “Sisters seven, with faces green, dothen here this Halloween. Dothen here to cast a spell, to send your tortured soul to Hell.” Witch 2 - “Familiar cat and jet black crow, flying broomsticks thrice times woe. I’ll place a spell upon your head, spit three time and then you’re dead.” Witch 3 - “Slimy toad and bats of Hell, join together for this spell. Poison berry, toadstool depths. Snakebite venom, death offends.” Witch 4 - “Monster’s entrails, dragon’s breath. Tongue of lizard, certain death.” Witch 5 - “Web of spider, evil eye. Cloak of darkness - (all) YOU WILL DIE!” [laughs] Procession Of the Undead Some people don’t believe in ghosts and the supernatural. Perhaps you’re one of the unbelievers. However, I think I should warn you that at certain times and in certain places, the unbelievable does happen. But of course, it couldn’t happen here, could it? Let’s be careful though - no sense in looking for trouble. Besides, sometimes the hunter becomes the hunted. The Undead - “I must have some flesh to eat. I must have some blood to drink.” Dangerous Bridge Be careful of this bridge. I don’t think it’s very safe. “Don’t cross the bridge!” [5x] [Bridge breaks] - “Awwwwwwwwwww.” [splash!] Entering The Haunted House There’s a big dark house near here, a very large derelict house. It’s known locally as Hangman’s Folly. This old mansion. Well, that’s what it really is. It’s built on a hill, a strange and barren hill. A place where birds don’t sing and animals won’t go. Horses shy, and dogs run with hackles raised in fright. Nothing much grows there anymore. It is a dank and desolate place where nobody stays for long. They say it’s haunted - but we don’t believe in such nonsense. Do we? Only the foolhardy would venture there at night. Mind the cobwebs. Stay close together, for this is the edge of darkness. The point of no return! The Mad Organist Listen! Is that music I hear? This must be the organ room. [Toccata and Fugue in D minor [Bach]] Chamber Of Horrors This must be the gallery. What a chamber of horrors! Bats In The Belfry Don’t go up there, that’s the belfry. It’s full of bats. Laboratory There’s the mad professor, and he’s conducting more electrical experiments. [mad professor’s maniacal chuckles] The Haunted Ballroom This must be the haunted ballroom. Snakepit Look out! A snake pit! The Dungeons Where are we? We must be in the dungeons. The Hounds Of Hell Beware he mad gatekeeper and his hounds of hell. The Room Of Eternal Silence This is the room of eternal, and deadly silence. Where the unfortunate could hear a pin drop. [pin drop - window shatters] Long Fuse And Dynamite I know how to get out of here. With dynamite............and a long fuse. {Match strike, fuse light, explosion] Good night. Sleep well. Hah, ha, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

Thank you for this, especially for cutting out those god awful screams! Listened to this on cassette as a child and it helped launch my love for the horror genre.

I love how badly produced this is. Sound effects just cut off out of no where and for no reason. The lines the guy says don't always make any coherent sense. It's campy in the silliest best ways.
