Decided to learn to ski this year! This is what happened in ~7 days (there were a few short days where I skied only~2 hrs after work so combined those). From not being able to stand up to surviving double black in one week! This is after two lessons, countless TH-cam tutorials, pushing really hard, and having great friends and partner helping me. So far I focused on surviving steeps, bumps, ice, trees, & rocks rather than speed & carving; can’t wait to log more time on the slopes!
