Streaming for fun as a VTuber! I'll sometimes post an IRL dance video, too~
I've never decided on a way to pronounce my name, but I generally say "aura clod." I've also gotten "aura cloud" a lot, so feel free to say it however you'd like.
I've been dancing since 2013, starting with hip-hop choreo and basic breaking, moving into all-style freestyle in 2017, then more focus on popping in 2019, and now am focusing on animation as of 2023. If I do post dance videos, it would mostly be K-pop or VTuber dance covers, though. I'm a big fan of VTubers and manga, and also appreciate most kinds of music.

If you think it matches Bae's original choreography well enough, then go for it! Bae pointed out in one of her streams that at 1:08 in my video (1:21:46 in the Connect the World Free Preview th-cam.com/video/-2H-WjJBWsA/w-d-xo.html), she actually does two kicks, which is also hinted at by the lyrics. If you have access to the redone cut, I'd check it out to correct some more of my mistakes too!

Not really. She is not as flexible as Mtpop. Mt can pop while squatting, lying and catch the beat by unpredictable ways.

So, so true. She goes in so hard, and it was a very well-deserved place in Finals
Gave myself 2 hours of learning and recording each time. Still can’t do the jump at the beginning cause I’m not athletic enough. Also, much more out of shape right now, so I had to splice three videos for 2023… Taemin song choreos, despite their difficulty, are really rewarding and fun to try to learn! Huge respect to both him and the choreographers. Hoping to eventually record a cover of this dance that I can be satisfied with.

Definitely will take it to heart to slow it down, so thank you for that advice! I mention that I don't have a camera set-up to do this on traditional for the streams, so I settled for digital despite their VERY explicit instructions not to. To make up for it, I've been redoing the exercises on pen & paper off-stream until I can get the set-up. I do want to get their recommended pens once I can afford it, too!

Considering gramps didn't return... I'll try my best to record a better version in the future when I can. The plans to do so haven't exactly worked out so it may take months, but I'm determined. Vesper will always remain a member of TEMPUS! And this will still be one of the greatest BGM of a Holomem ever.

Sorry, my voice is way too low especially during the chapters. I'll try to do some additional testing in the future to make sure it's properly balanced.

I'll be putting changes I plan to make while cleaning in the description. If anyone can point me to tweets with short videos that would let me see things better (still wish my phone had enough battery at the venue to have done so myself) or have private videos that they can refer to and clarify certain moves for me, please let me know either as a reply to this or a DM on Twitter! Parts that I'm especially looking for: --What she does at the beginning on "Hey unhappy world" --The entire section of 0:25-0:30 in this video LOL --At the beginning of the first chorus, whether or not her throwing the right hook is on "Hida" or "dari." It'd make more sense considering the changes I'm making to the start of the second chorus for her to throw it on "Hida" --At 1:48, whether or not she spins around on her left foot toward her left --At 2:40-2:42, what she's doing with her legs (just took a guess at it during my stream)

Revisiting this after the news of Ryuichi Sakamoto's passing today. I think this recording was within the first year of having learned the piece, and I can hearing the real uncertainty in how to play it in my own style. This was probably the piece that my piano teacher, Shinichi Otsu, had the most to talk about in tailoring my playing. For the beginning, to make sure the right hand remained at an even pacing and dynamic to best represent falling snow. In between, to take very calculated breaths. At the end, to maintain steadiness in the left hand and expressiveness in the right. Since then, I've made it my own style in my playing. Still a bit too much rubato, though. This is the one piece that I would hold onto the strongest within my repertoire, and is so, so important to me...
